All technicians should have clean hygiene. They look very dirty their nails are very dirty, felt very uncomfortable having them touch me it’s very important to have clean hygiene. Please evaluate your workers and make sure they are clean.

My husband and I have been using this location for many years and felt compelled to let Stephans bosses know, and hopefully understand how truly valuable this young man is. He makes the experience totally pleasurable! He's quick, efficient and can draw blood without you ever realizing he did it! My husband always asks that he do it because he has a fear of needles. Having a business ourselves we can really appreciate this young mans talents and character. He would be valuable anywhere! So I hope you know how to appreciate him.

So the Dr. sends an order for s specific blood test to Sonora. I make the appointment for two weeks later on a specific date requested by the Dr. I arrive at the location early. The find the order and I go in to have blood drawn, wrong order. One that I already had done. So I found the order, an order they had for over a week. "We can't do that test here". So I start trying to check which locations do what tests. They don't know. I called a customer service number that is well hidden on the website. They don't know, which sites can do which tests. They have to call each location to see if they have the right vials to do the test. They promised to call me back.Well I'm still waiting.Let's see, Google score of 3.7. Wish they knew what they were doing, but LabCorp is worse.

Garbage customer service. Walked in at 8:30 AM on September 29, 2022 asked if I could do bloodwork without appt. Only 1 patient in the office with two employees and they say they have no time or appointments available today. It takes 5 minutes tops to draw blood. As I walk around Safeway and get a few things I now see the employee by himself.

Is it just me?? I’ve been to this Sonora Quest Lab in side of Safeway twice..my sister in law once, and my wife once. It is agree’d that this male lab tech at the front desk has the personality of a toe nail (no disrespect to toe nails)…never looks up from his desk, talks to you in a condescending tone.. a unwelcoming environment, in short..this person does not like what he is doing.Quest Lab…do yourself, and the patience’s, a favor….lose this guy.Do yourself’s a favor, avoid this location…i will not be coming back .

I was very impressed with the Sonoran quest laboratories that I went to. I wish I would've written down the employees names ... These two employees were so kind and gracious and nice and I am so appreciative. 10 stars!!!!!!

No one could ever get the veins in my arms and I always left bruised up, so they always had to use my hands. I warned the sweet lady here and she assured me she could get the veins in my arm. One poke later and we were all done and no bruising, not even a mark where I got poked. Loved her! Will definitely use this location again.

Best lab experience I have ever had! The gentleman working in the lab were experienced with the lab draws and their patient facing repertoire was fantastic! Scheduled appointment was on time and they were working to the highest level of patient care.

Had to return to Sonora Quest for a quick lab test. Came equipped with my mask. The lab is located inside a Safeway store and super convenient. Staff continue to mask. Staff are efficient and helpful. I did the test and was out quickly. I was able to park in the large lot a few steps from the door.

I have been going to this location for at least 6 years. Although the staff has changed, a few times, I have always been treated cordially and quickly.I have been seen by Stephon and Clarence, they last few times and they are both excellent Phlebotomists. I go to this location, rather than my doctor's office, because they are THAT good.

Do not listen to any of the bad reviews. I had a great experience here. Stephen H. Is phenomenal at his job. I have really terrible veins and typically someone Has to poke me about three or four times and Stephan got it in the first try. He is sweet and very professional. He also works his butt off. He was short handed yet my appointment was on time and he was calm and collected. This is now my go to place for lab tests.

Lacking in problem solving skills. They are robots can’t think outside a single task they are working on. No eye contact when speaking to you complete disrespect Their website sucks to make appointments and trying to call them for help booking an appointment.... well good luck.

2 stars because they're nice when I've gone in. Otherwise, highly inefficient and inept over the phone. 3 separate calls, on hold for a total of 17 minutes. Could have been longer but I just hung up afterwards, and if you leave a message, (2 messages in 2 weeks) your call will NOT be returned.
