No one could ever get the veins in my arms and I always left bruised up, so they always had to use my hands. I warned the sweet lady here and she assured me she could get the veins in my arm. Lacking in problem solving skills. They are robots can’t think outside a single task they are working on. No eye contact when speaking to you complete disrespect Their website sucks to make appointments and trying to call them for help booking an appointment.... well good luck.

2 stars because they're nice when I've gone in. Otherwise, highly inefficient and inept over the phone. 3 separate calls, on hold for a total of 17 minutes. Could have been longer but I just hung up afterwards, and if you leave a message, (2 messages in 2 weeks) your call will NOT be returned.
