I wanted to make a note of how incredible Carolina (spelling?) was with me. What is usually a very boring and dreaded process of phone upgrading, became a pleasant hour-long conversation about life. I want to thank her for the incredible customer service and I am absolutely loving my new iPhone 14!

This incident happened at Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall. I made a huge mistake in switching from Verizon over to T-Mobile about two months ago. My husband and I went into the store and a gentleman named Colton helped us. We were supposed to have our remaining balance with Verizon paid off and they offered us a $200 gift card. Two months have gone by and I just received the $200 gift card that won't download to Apple Pay like it says it will, and my remaining balance with Verizon was never paid, it was actually removed from my bank account from Verizon today. I called corporate and they have told me that I was not eligible for two promotions, only one. So I called Colton multiple, multiple times and he assured me that he would have his manager take care of the problem, but nobody has called me back. Today I called and spoke with an assistant manager named Freddy and he assured me that this was the first time he was hearing about my problem. So Colton has not relayed any of my issues over to his manager like he said he was. This is just another issue with another phone company who basically lies just to get your business. I'm trying to understand how this is okay for companies to lie to customers about promotions and pricing. Also, my monthly bill was promised to be $90 a month and it has been $105 and Colton can't explain why it's not the promised $90 a month. I will be removing myself from T-mobile immediately. Companies like this need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

I stopped in to this store to check out the deals It was time to move up from the iphone 8 - My goal was to reduce my monthly bill. I was currently paying $130 for 2 lines on the I phone 8's which had been paid off for 5 years. This was a three hour experience which lead to me not 100% understanding what I had signed up for. (My Bad -My fault) I should have read the Google Reviews about this store- Needless to say, my bill is now $180 a month and I'm stuck for 2 years. Looking forward to changing providers in 2 years

With any service based product like T-Mobile, I usually don't take anything that T-Mobile does out of the store it's self, I went in ordered the AirPod max pros, told me a date. The date was wrong, wasn't the guys fault in the business nor was it T-Mobile it was apples fault. This particular store even had new guys, and it was still decent service. They had to call a manager to get my problem fixed but they were communicating the entire time. Been with T-Mobile for 15 almost 16 years, and not really had one problem with contracts or information being given. Read the fine print and understand it before you sign anything.

Very nice, the lady even checked my plan and saw I was being charged for lines that I wasn't using and she saved me $10 off my bill

The customer service at this location is amazing! Tré and Anissa (my apologies if I misspelled) make every experience I have pleasant and enjoyable. T-Mobile is incredibly fortunate to have them!

Where do I begin we came to this store because my boyfriend's phone was broke and they filed a claim under the warranty however they claimed it as physical damage which was not true it was not charging and when we went to a different T-Mobile they fix the phone and clean the charger port fixed or didn't even attempt to fix the problem they made the problem worse

Yesterday a younger , taller , brown haired guy unfortunately was the one who came over to wait on me , from the moment he spoke to me & his whole dimeanor , my gut said oh gosh he is going to be one of those jerks that hates to do their job and I am going to leave here more frustrated than when I came in with my broken phone. And sure enough , that is what happened ! First off, he is not welcoming & makes you feel like you are an annoyance & secondly , he doesn't seem to have a clue as to what he is doing !! I said I need my info transferred from my old phone thats broken to my new iPhone that just arrived & he said we cannot transfer anything for you if the screen from old phone is not working & you will need to take it to Apple for that. I Said T-Mobile when I called the 800 number said you can do it right here & he said no we cannot because the screen is not working for us to see what we are doing. So I said well I at least need to get signed in to my new phone to make sure it works. He has me try to sign in to my Apple ID & it keeps ' thinking '. And thinking and I said what is taking this so long , he says oh it always does with new phones. As he skips around dancing and playing music with his hands on the desk top. ,,, I wait about half hour while phone is ' thinking '. I said do you have any specials for getting upgrades & he said sure hang on. Forty mixtures later I said you never told me about the upgrade deals and he says oh yes here they are & finally proceeds to tell me about them. FINALLY,,, AN older , wiser , much more professional team mate comes over and says Hi my name is Ryan & I am going to take over helping you while my other guy helps those people over there. Lord help those poor people I thought to myself !!!! So I say first off I really want to transfer my data from old phone to new phone & he says SURE let's get that done it will only take a minute !!!!! AND IN TWO MINUTES all my info was transferred!!!! Then I said well I been standing here almost 40 minutes while my phone is ' thinking ' to sign into the iCloud. He takes my phone does a few things & says there you go it's good to go !! It took him one minute!!! So then he starts helping other customers while I wait!! Finally I said this has been terrible service & that you young guy helping me before you , Ryan was not only rude & hates his job seemingly but hasn't a clue to what he is doing!!!! He said well I will talk to him & I'm sorry about that. Unreal !!!! Absolutely unbelievable!! I am switching back to AT&T if Tmobile thinks hiring people like this is a good idea ! ! ! ! !

These guys were great. I had a terrible experience at The store on raintree and The 101 (a non corporate store) and these guys fixed it. Do not go to a t Mobile that isnt corporate, especially The one on 101 and raintree.

I went in to see about getting a new phone. I knew I would have to pay off the lease and was willing to. The worker told me I would be better of selling my phone instead of showing me what they have. If this is the way TMobile trains employees I will go to Verizon. Sprint actually had great customer service and it's why I stayed with them for the last 20 years.
