i purchased 2 cell phone services.in about june of 2023 ,my wife and i. i had the service until september of 2023 because the services was soooo pooor. i canceled in september. i went to cox .i am still getting billed $ 72.17 per month.on a cancelled account.they said i need to verify who i am.i went to the closest t mobil sub contractor, he sent in verifacation i am who i said i am 6 months ago.i still getting billed $72.17 per month.this store is abought 5-6 miles, they say i must do again to verify who i am. this was the closest t-mobil storewhat a big disapointment plus customer service, not helpfuli certainly woul not ,i said not go to t-mobile

Kyle and Colton are the best!!! I had 2 separate issues a month apart that customer service through tmobile and the warranty company would NOT help me with at ALL.Both times these 2 took care of me no questions asked.They both went above and beyond and this is my new go-to location!!!

Minimal customer service for a minimal carrier, sounds about rightUpdate: came back 1 yr later to ask questions about billing.... employee literally just read what my phone said and instead of elaborating, just said to call 611.... like what even is the purpose of paying employees if they just refer tou to the app? Waste of payroll

The employees at this location are truly exceptional! I found myself lost in the mall, so I called the store, and Kyle, the store manager, answered. I explained that I couldn't find the store, and he patiently stayed on the phone with me for nearly 10 minutes, guiding me to the store. Once I arrived, he was there to assist and answered all my questions. I also received assistance from Braulio, who was incredibly helpful. Thank you both for excellent service

Shout out to Freddie & Jade at T Mobile in Fashion Square!! Amazing customer service, patience and super fun to hang out with for a few hours while we troubleshooted getting three new phones set up. Loved the great music that kept us singing and dancing so we didn’t pass out! Very happy to leave Verizon in the gray dust for some PINK!!!

I went in today to purchase a screen protecter for my phone. I do not have T-Mobile service. The store's 3 associates were occupied at the time, but Freddie Rosario, greeted me and informed me that someone would be with me shortly. After waiting, I almost left because I was waiting to be rung up. He noticed me and came over. I then found out the protecter was 40 dollars and it was only a single screen protector. I almost left again, but figured I had already waited this long. Then, Freddie offered to apply my screen protecter and I declined but he insisted. This experience and his customer service made the whole visit worthwhile. Thank you again and I will definitely be stopping by again if I need anything in the near future!

The sale people at this location has no customer service skills at all. They don’t acknowledge you when you walk in at all. I came in to make a purchase and now I don’t think I will ever come back to this location. Great Customer Services skills goes a long way. Potential customers can become lifetime customers!!!

I wanted to make a note of how incredible Carolina (spelling?) was with me. What is usually a very boring and dreaded process of phone upgrading, became a pleasant hour-long conversation about life. I want to thank her for the incredible customer service and I am absolutely loving my new iPhone 14!

This incident happened at Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall. I made a huge mistake in switching from Verizon over to T-Mobile about two months ago. My husband and I went into the store and a gentleman named Colton helped us. We were supposed to have our remaining balance with Verizon paid off and they offered us a $200 gift card. Two months have gone by and I just received the $200 gift card that won't download to Apple Pay like it says it will, and my remaining balance with Verizon was never paid, it was actually removed from my bank account from Verizon today. I called corporate and they have told me that I was not eligible for two promotions, only one. So I called Colton multiple, multiple times and he assured me that he would have his manager take care of the problem, but nobody has called me back. Today I called and spoke with an assistant manager named Freddy and he assured me that this was the first time he was hearing about my problem. So Colton has not relayed any of my issues over to his manager like he said he was. This is just another issue with another phone company who basically lies just to get your business. I'm trying to understand how this is okay for companies to lie to customers about promotions and pricing. Also, my monthly bill was promised to be $90 a month and it has been $105 and Colton can't explain why it's not the promised $90 a month. I will be removing myself from T-mobile immediately. Companies like this need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

I stopped in to this store to check out the deals It was time to move up from the iphone 8 - My goal was to reduce my monthly bill. I was currently paying $130 for 2 lines on the I phone 8's which had been paid off for 5 years. This was a three hour experience which lead to me not 100% understanding what I had signed up for. (My Bad -My fault) I should have read the Google Reviews about this store- Needless to say, my bill is now $180 a month and I'm stuck for 2 years. Looking forward to changing providers in 2 years

With any service based product like T-Mobile, I usually don't take anything that T-Mobile does out of the store it's self, I went in ordered the AirPod max pros, told me a date. The date was wrong, wasn't the guys fault in the business nor was it T-Mobile it was apples fault. This particular store even had new guys, and it was still decent service. They had to call a manager to get my problem fixed but they were communicating the entire time. Been with T-Mobile for 15 almost 16 years, and not really had one problem with contracts or information being given. Read the fine print and understand it before you sign anything.
