I walked into T Mobile on a fluke today with a complicated iPhone issue, & walked out a new customer! I was greeted by all, & was beyond fortunate to have Regina & then Zeus help resolve this issue. Regina listened to my frustration, grasped the issue immediately, & when she told me she could resolve the problem, I almost fell off the chair!!! I could only thank her for her expertise every 7 minutes. Regina resolved the problem that hours at At&T & Cox were unable to solve, & unfortunately they made the problem even worse for me!
What I liked was Regina’s ability to think outside of the box & focus on the issue in a whole new way. I’m still amazed at her willingness to continue to look at different ways to solve this problem, & then get it fixed!!!! WOW!!! I asked to see her manager Zeus, to let him know what an outstanding professional associate he had, & how thoroughly impressed I was that she could tackle this issue. Zeus explained all about what T Mobile could offer me…& then followed up with Regina on my phone issue, to make sure everything was in working order. What a team!! They both came together to solve this puzzle, I walked in just to see if by chance they could help me~and now, I will be returning as a new customer. I simply cannot say enough about their outstanding customer service and the twelve star experience I had. I would also like to add, that the other associates all approached me to be of service, too. Very kind. Whatta store!!!
Thank you many times over for making my day! I’m truly so grateful for Regina’s time & expertise, and Zeus’ patience in clearly explaining everything I need to know going forward. So incredibly helpful!
What I do know, is that they have me as a new customer. Thank you so much for the unbelievable help & extraordinary customer service!

We had an issue with our daughters phone and data that nobody could solve. We spent a long time with Danny and he figured it out and solved it. He was knowledgeable, professional and patient and he figured it out.

Stopped in to get help switching from Verizon, Josh was incredibly helpful explaining everything about different plans, the number transfer, and ended up saving me quite a lot of money over my old plan. Without a doubt the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a cell carrier. I’ve had plenty of bad experiences with phone service providers in the past and oftentimes they can be seem pushy or dishonest, not the case here. Even if you’re not in the area, it’s absolutely worth the drive to come to this location.

We had a really disappointing experience at this phone store. When we checked in, we were told the wait would be around 10 minutes. After waiting a bit, an employee came over and asked if they could assist someone who arrived after us because their request would be “quicker.” We agreed & the employee said he’d be right with us—but that wasn’t the case. More people who came in after us kept getting helped while we continued to wait. It became clear that we weren’t a priority, so we left. Really poor customer service and a lack of respect for people’s time. Won’t be returning.

Phone’s working a lot better. The only thing I can’t really live up to just giving something that I think will get to the CEO so I’m gonna leave this up to you to get a copy of this or her.

The manager helped me today made me feel like the most important thing in the world and then you were there events and I can’t read my own writing perhaps was there and everybody. Eva too, John? You guys operate as a team the atmosphere is great. I would go to the other T-Mobile store than yours. I just wanted to tell you once again a big fat thank you I really appreciate this kind of quality because you care. It’s very rare and I want you to pass it on to whoever the president is and tell him that he should make you an executive And people should record your calls and I hope they can put it on page one of your resume and they give you more than a cupcake and a balloon and I hope it gets in your personal file and you get promoted to his or her position when they get promoted you were that good you’d be a great teacher all of you would be
#APRIL 4, Wow, great service again two hours of VINCE!!)), my fave, as well as manager ZEUS these guys treated me like a king and they diagnostic this thing like there was no tomorrow /-they went way over and above!!! I mean big time this time he was talking they both just kept working on it so they got the best they could! the store so excellent also honorable mention to Matt they handled every customer with grace, Including myself. This is the best T-Mobile store come here for all your needs.!

Once again, this is the best Best best T-Mobile store VINCE!!)) was my man help me out effortlessly and his sidekick. Adam was right at the next table kind of interjecting. It was a fun, quick and great experience. Go to this T-Mobile store. It’s the best.
UPDATE NOV 14, 2024####I had to go back in the Again, and once again, I got really great service. Danny and Matt helped me with a feature because I now have T-Mobile Internet. This store is the best store everybody there is great.!!

I have been a customer of T-Mobile for 15 plus years, I travel the country on a weekly basis for work. I have very seldom had any issues, but when I do I go to one person exclusively.
( Vince List ) . He is without a doubt one of the top employees at T-Mobile. His patience, helpfulness and attitude are way above par and he is a joy to deal with. Kudos to you Vince .

Adam at The Promenade Mall was a superstar of service, knowledge and ease. I had a few business lines to get started and he insured not only did I leave with a well functioning account, but he helped me over several days additional in selecting and configuring my business account's needs with other equipment and orders. I even ended up with a birthday gift selected from the wonderful deals offered via T-Mobile for my free line of service on the plane of my choice! Happy customers refer happy additional consumers. If I could give this store zero stars I would. I stopped by there because my phone was broken and I was in desperate need of obtaining a new phone or at least access to a phone to make and recieve calls from. The rep was totally dissinterested to assist me becasue they were closing in 45 minutes. He said it was too late to sell me a phone because he wouldn't be able to activate it.

After 4 visits to the store and receiving 2 replacement phones-The last rep I saw at the store, Brandi Y. Who had no sympathy for the situation and to top it off RUDE. I believe I was a complete inconvenience to her. She kept huffng and sighing. A robot would have done 100% better job! Which is a complete pathetic thought. I was without txt and phone service for 9 days!!! Switching companies ASAP!
