Very bad customer service couldn't do anything because I am a sprint customer!!Recommend leaving sprint & think twice before joining Tmobile

Had a little bit of a wait, but that is only because they give great service to each customer which can be time consuming. They will set up, download, transfer etc and get your new device perfectly tuned. Manager at this location is a terrific!!
