I toured Tatum Place, beautiful property, I ended up needing a larger home-3 bedroom so I was not able to lease but will keep this place in mind for the future. I was referred to a sister property and ended up renting there.

Wonderful complex and staff. The office ladies are incredibly sweet and go out of their way to help you. Both ladies assisted me today with finding a misplaced package and were so ready to jump in to help in the middle of their day. I truly appreciate them!! Thank you both!

I Recently Toured Tatum place Apartments. The staff Carla was amazing and showed me all the amenities went over all the pricing. It was within my budget and the location is great apartment. Homes have been renovated and are amazing. Open floor plan.
