“This is a great company. Motorcycle shipping is a huge challenge, and of course you are always worried that your bike will get lost, damaged, or take months to arrive. There is also the challenge of vetting quality shippers. Paul @ shippingmasters will help you coordinate your shipment. They do not do the actual shipping. So yeah, you pay for their expertise, but it saves so much time and hassle.Paul took my details and provided me with four shipping options, including price, time of pickup, drop-off window, and even pictures of the shipping method. I was unsure what way to go. Email communication was excellent, and get this, he called me to discuss the best option. Once we decided on a shipper, I was able to chat with them directly as well. That company then provided GPS tracking and again, had excellent communication. They even called me to answer a basic question while the bike was en route. Complete transparency. The bike arrived on time and the drivers were professional and courteous. Thanks Paul!”
