45 minutes to wait for a manager to get a package that I paid USPS to Hold at their location via click n ship. This facility doesnt hold packages though. They found the package and continued to argue with me that they are not allowed to hold packages. Dont sell it on click and ship with an automated click button "hold at location" if you dont hold them. Extra star for finding the packaging but one star for selling a service they dont use and continuing to argue and gaslight me once the package was found. Could have just said "we found it! Here you go have a good day!" Wouldnt have written the review if it wasnt for the manager telling me "im lucky they didnt ship it back to the sender" Thank you Mam

This location has horrible service. On many occasions, either my wife, or myself have gone to this location over the past two years, and we've encountered from the staff and management poor service based on indifference, incompetence, laziness, or all of the above. If this was any other company, they would go out of business, or the management team would be fired. Go to other locations, if you can.

EXTREMELY Poor home delivery service lately. We had NO delivery this past Tuesday and and Thursday and so far none yet today. And the delivery service has been very sketchy and VERY late for a month or so when it has actually come. I don't think we have a regular postal server on our route any more. We are a small neighborhood, we know each other and we all absolutely notice this!!. PS.,.we miss Tim! He has been gone for a long time but he was the last truly reliable delivery person we have had for quite a while!

If “Lord of the Flies” was a post office, it would be this one. Lines go on forever with one clerk helping and another sitting closed, while rude customers scream at others who are just trying to be helped after waiting politely in the queue. Chaos for zero reason. Staff regularly deliberately ignores long lines in the lobby and leaves a single person to help. So you understaff, and then that Staff can’t even manage the aggressive customers in the line starting fights amongst each other OR their basic tasks? What an absolute cluster. Avoid at all costs.

Left packages out of the mail boxes and a mailbox open at my condo complex then close the phone line at 4 instead of when they close at 4:30, so I couldnt even tell them to come fix the situation

I came in with a large box to return. Relatively busy, it took about 20 minutes to get to the front only to be told it was too large to ship. That's my fault, I should have looked at size requirements ahead of time.However, all 3 workers saw me come in with this large box, struggling through the door and moving it through the line. I made eye contact with every single one of them. Any of them, at any point, could have politely mentioned that as I was in line. But they chose to ignore it, knowing it was going to be a problem. It's obvious that they are miserable in their jobs, but that is no excuse for being unprofessional and discourteous.

Worst P.O. in the US and that's saying something since T. Rump appointed that (*&^(&^()$#@&...Louis DeJoy to purposely mess up mail deliveries during -- and ever since -- the 2020 election. I was quoted $51 dollars for a 19.4 lb. pkg. headed to Michigan at a UPS store with guaranteed delivery by the following Monday. This was a Tuesday. That was not soon enough -- It had to arrive by the weekend. My husband called this P.O. on East Via da Ventura and they quoted "expected arrival on or before Friday. -I drove like a mad woman through 5pm traffic to the nearest post office -- this one on Ventura. Got there 9 minutes before closing -- counted 27 people ahead of me when I entered. They charged me almost $25 MORE -- $74.51 for the same pkg sent Priority Mail. BUT, said it was 2-3 day delivery expected either Thursday or Friday of same week. Got it the following Tuesday. What's EVEN worse(!!!)? It didn't leave the Phoenix area at all until late Thursday -- 2 days after I dropped it off at this lame lazy good for nothing post office.

Worst post office ever, never answer phone, only a few clerks are nice and some have an attitude. They lose mail and packages. totally maddening. I have had to call main office in Phoenix to get action and even that takes time.

I would highly recommend not to use this post office especially for the holidays apparently somebody within this office either is stealing stuff or they keep on misplacing packages and you spend hours on the phone trying to find out what happened to the package that you dropped off there when you dropped off two of them and one of them got delivered and the other one is missing. Obviously they have a problem within their office
