I always get friendly service at this post office. They are as efficient as they can be, and helpful. My postman, Maji, who delivers to our office, is one of the kindest people I have ever met.

I unfortunately live in the area if this post office and I live in an apartment…instead of my mail main actually delivering packages he simply tells the shipper that an attempt was made. No attempt is averted made to deliver here…ever! No slip gets left in your mailbox no attempt gets made to deliver to the office nothing! Forget calling no one answers the phone and you hold forever. Today I needed a package before surgery and here I am without it…Amazon can’t help…and the USPS customer service is nonexistent.

Saw an employee throwing the Dropbox packages into a big bin like it's garbage, literally throwing people's stuff with force enough to hear it in line and outside the store. Don't ship anything important at this location, your stuff will get damaged.

I went to this post office today to mail a package. But I used the priority box to mail the Ground postage. Fortunately Elena helped me. She even found me a box. She was very patient, nice and helpful.

I have not had a good mail person since the last one retired years ago. Since then I get every other person’s mail on the block other than my own I’m not on the payroll yet I have to go retrieve my own mail or deliver my Neighbor their mail. Today I got mail but it wasn’t for me. I am 8332 and the mail was 8320. My mailman wasn’t even close I call and nothing happens or gets resolved What do I need to do to get mail or why bother just closed close down the USPS. They’re useless and have been for years

Looking over the previous reviews, I am sad to see they did not have the same experience as I did with this location. Mario went above and beyond to help me find my package, contacting another location, talking with his supervisor, anything he could do to help and we can’t thank him enough for his kindness. Would recommend him and this location for your delivery/receiving needs.

I am not the only one that has issues with the postal people here. Look at the reviews and well deserved how terrible they are here, I have never experienced such deflecting and laziness from the post office, as I have with Erica (Manager) and Demetri (Minion). I had an issue where Ebay sent a return to an old address that I have not had since 2018. I opened a Mail Search Request, the Post Office closed it online as it showed “Delivered” Just an FYI, this is the were the Post Office will use every excuse to say, NOPE ITS DELIEVERED, WE NO LONGER HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT. I opened a new request and talked to Erica, who herself tried to deflect and state, once its delivered we have nothing to do with it, etc. I told her I called the Mailroom and they say it was resent to the address it came from and the Post office, doesn’t know what they are doing and it will show up on tracking a week later, Erica said she would call me the next day after she checks again. Nope I get Demetri (Minion), who already has an attitude and didn’t know what was going on and if told me to wait to see if she was still at work (11am), I could tell Demetri (Minion) didn’t want to deal with it. I swear I have never dealt with such a lazy postal person as Demetri (Minion). She deflected and tried everything to get to me hang up, even stated if she opened the ticket, it would get denied? YOU WIN LADIES…..Who cares if my $200 sunglasses where delivered to the wrong address, just as long you do as little possible while being paid by the US Government…..I know I have dealt with some good postal people here that truly help, but damn Erica (Manager) and Demetri (Minion) are the worst, ever here.

This employee is the cause of all the issues at this post office. She SLAMS the packages onto the floor, closes the door on your face, and doesn’t care one bit! When I asked for a manager they said they don’t have one! Absolutely insane! This is now the 4th time I took a video of this lady handling packages carelessly!

This post office has major issues with employees doing their jobs. I’ve lived at 3 different address in Scottsdale and every single one I had issues with the Mailman not delivering my packages just because they didn’t want to. You call this post office to get help, no one ever answers. You go in person, they just tell you to fill out a missing mail form. The issue is, if you couldn’t deliver the package, why was a slip not left and it taken back to the post office. Instead, they just steal my package and it disappears. Then I file the missing mail report and they never find it. Clearly, the mailmen here are stealing packages but this post office with do nothing about it. Crazy how a federally funded company is allowed to commit federal crimes without any answers. You can complain and complain and complain but you are never given a resolution or answers. These people truly do not give a single care about your mail or the fact that they lose it

This post office steals my packages. They refuse to deliver packages to my apartment and then state they will redeliver ir but never do. They also don’t leave the package at the post office for pickup or give me a slip to pick it up. I go to the post office and they have no package there. The driver is stealing my packages and nothing is being done about it. I call USPS and am told to call this post office, but they don’t answer the phone. Then I go into the post office and they state I have to file a compliant which I’ve already done multiple times yet nothing has been fixed
