Horrible USPS Staff, lazy, aren’t concerned with customer issues. They don’t read nor recognize any notes in the computer system including mail holds etc.They could careless when you walk in with issues. This office is useless in every way!!

I don’t understand all the negative reviews. I spoke with two employees while working on a P.O. Box and change of address. Both were polite, knowledgeable, and helpful.

They are lazy and do not want to bring my package to my door. I’ve waited almost 1 and a half weeks for my package to arrive and they’ve told me I would receive it on tuesday, Thursday and Saturday everytime i called. They told me different delivery dates.
