I recently visited this ups store.The service was quick and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Gurpreet helped me with packing and shipping my stuff. She is very knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend this location .

I drive out of my way to go to this particular UPS store on Northsight. They are extremely welcoming, helpful and quick. Excellent notary service as well.

OK, I used to go to another UPS store and you know it was pretty good however this is definitely the best store and I have my loyalty there even though I’m probably not your biggest customer
It would be store number 1664 at 14747 North Northside Blvd. in Scottsdale. The people that I would like to command for their outstanding service and just being very nice people would be VIJAY & David and ARUNESH. Thanks
For sure if you’re going to a UPS store and you want it done right and with friendliness and great service this is where you wanna go and I would also hope that the UPS corporation could post this inside of their personnel files so somebody might read it when they’re full review and thanks again everybody you made my life a lot easier on this

If I could give 6 stars I would. Gurpreet provided excellent customer service helping us return almost 1100 gift bags that had been mistaken ordered for a conference and had been mixed and separately shipped in 7 different boxes. We are grateful for her exceptional patience!

VJ’s team of Brandon and Irene went FRA above and beyond all of my expectations. I had a uhaul full of 35 linen bags (heavy and large!!) that I needed to return on Saturday, as they do not do pickups over the weekend. Another store could only take 8 bags, so when I arrived at this store and spoke to VJ, I was not too optimistic. Brandon and Irene helped me unload ALL of my linen from the truck, and even offered a water on the way out. We all got a workout in! 20/10 would recommend this store. Exceeds expectations & made my day!!

If ups is searching for a dedicated person whose primary goals include quality customer services ( return customers ) you no longer need to search. AG, the manager of this ups store is the best ! His care and concern, his goal that customers have an enjoyable efficient experience is obviously paramont.

The best service out of all shipping, print, office, stores. I went to 5 stores, all refused to PRINT 2 Envelopes for wedding invites I was missing. “It was worth it” for their $2. NOT HERE. They did they 2 invites for me, made it identical to the ones I had before and helped me save my issue with wedding in Invites. Veejay was awesome!!! (Sorry if spelt wrong).
