No regard for security of sending a 2nd day air envelope. Arrived damaged and contents were not readable . Store owner REFUSED to reimburse me. He said he would retrain his associates. Really !!

I visited this location today to ship out an unusual shaped object that was purchased from Amazon. The owner helped me get it into a bag to avoid any unnecessary additional costs. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. I will be using this store for all of my shipping needs. This kind of hospitality goes a long way!

Steve, Deejay and Veejay are knowledgeable and focused on providing excellent service to their clientele! They will advise best practices for packaging items sent through postal service as well as UPS for best cost for customers. Fast in and out place without unnecessary distractions which can effect service in other facilities! A pleasure doing business with the staff!!

What an amazing experience. I went to this store to notarize some documents and post it with a return envelop to a Govt office. I am thrilled by their unreasonable hospitality and the knowledge of the staff. Steve helped me pick the right stuff for my packaging needs. VJ was courteous. He notarized all my documents and helped me to pack and ship them.Thanks guys, keep up the good work.

Amazing customer service. Called to ask if I could get a document notarized at 6:15pm on a Thursday. Vijay answered the phone and said he was leaving but would hang out for a few minutes if I could get there quickly. Done!!Thank you Vijay and Northsight UPS :)
