What an amazing experience. I went to this store to notarize some documents and post it with a return envelop to a Govt office. I am thrilled by their unreasonable hospitality and the knowledge of the staff. Steve helped me pick the right stuff for my packaging needs. VJ was courteous. He notarized all my documents and helped me to pack and ship them.Thanks guys, keep up the good work.

Amazing customer service. Called to ask if I could get a document notarized at 6:15pm on a Thursday. Vijay answered the phone and said he was leaving but would hang out for a few minutes if I could get there quickly. Done!!Thank you Vijay and Northsight UPS :)

I never really like going into shipping stores but they make it easy here. I have returned Amazon packages, shipped ebay items, and other things. They are very efficient and friendly and rarely do I spend much time waiting. Unlike the USPS the service here is great. I would recommend coming here. The only con is the parking and traffic here. It is very congested and busy.

We had a great number of returns for Amazon. Couldn't figure out Amazon return policy . Merrcifully , Sara and Roxanne came to our assistance. They helped separate what was a free return and what was a shipping charge return. They placed some in box and some soft goods in envelopes. They were patient, good humored and most importantly efficient and professional. Great service , highly recommend

Repeat do not go here repeat this lady is so rude and nasty especially early in the morning I was here early to drop off a package so I figured I’ll go as soon as they open and the lady when I came in was so nasty and I’m a mailbox holder I’m actually going to cancel my mailbox with this location soon because I don’t understand how someone can be so grumpy and be at work early in the morning

I like this UPS . Customer service is professional, friendly and quick. I've sent alot of very important documents through this UPS and have never had a problem.
