Extremely unhappy with my experience. Dropped a package off a week ago and it’s lost, tracking shows it is still in store, while the staff lies and says they’ve already shipped it. The staff has been rude and unhelpful. They just say I’m confused and brought it to a different location, while my receipt has their address and phone number on it. And good luck speaking to a manager, I was informed it would be another 6 days before one is back in store, so you’re stuck talking to these rude associates with no clue how to help. If you care about your package getting there, don’t bring it here. These clowns are clueless.

I can’t say enough good things about the UPS Store team—especially Dhruvi and Yeisha. I was visiting from out of town and urgently needed to submit a government bid while on vacation. They went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed—fast notary services, high-quality printing, and quick scanning. Their professionalism, efficiency, and friendly attitude made a stressful situation incredibly smooth. Thanks to them, I got my bid in on time. Absolutely five-star service—highly recommended!

Great folks helping out a traveler with his package. I came in thought it will troublesome of stuff I am tacking back to Alaska, the ladies up front helped me with packaging right there on spot with reassuring she got perfect boxes. With that even gave me discount and lovely conversation good attitude to make me feel definitely come back if I am in Arizona and if any packaging need or deliveries to be sent out. Most definitely recommend this store to anyone people working here are hidden gems of good heart and work with lovely souls. Thank you 😊

This is the third time I have walked out of this place because how the long wait is. They are always short staffed, and very unfriendly. Go to the UPS Store on Hayden/ Osborne if you want a good experience.

This UPS is never too busy and the staff are always nice and willing to help. Whenever I need my boxed taped up for returns they do it with no issue. I went in last week and was met with a smile from Yeisha and Tiffany and it’s just so refreshing to have great customer service nowadays.

My wife and I needed to send information/reports to a government agency in Missouri & do it quickly. Yeisha, a store employee, came to our rescue by helping us to navigate their technology and ours as well. She not only told us how to do it, but she was also actually hands on and calmly showed us as well. I can't tell you how wonderful she is, and she helped to make our day as we two septuagenarians were terribly stressed about the task at hand. Yeisha, you are indeed a throwback to the behaviors, intelligence, the caring and results that top notch workers used to deliver with regularity back 'in the day'. And she also 'smiled'. What a special woman; what a special employee. Keep up the great work; I hope your boss knows what an asset you are and takes good care of you. Thank you so much.

Worst customer service on a Monday! Then when asking for the store manager's name? I got a sassy attitude. She said Mallory and she not hear today! Worst customer service and not helpful with Amazon pkgs.

They never open on time. It's open at 8:00, but at 8:12, still no one is here at the store.
