This ups store has the worst condescending workers I’ve encountered. I suggest they replace the high school workers with helpful adults that articulate how to be helpful and customer centric.

Really poor customer service and staff lacking basic knowledge. Last time I dropped off a return the package was somehow lost and then showed up back on my doorstep with no shipping label several weeks later! I don't trust them with my packages and will now drive out of my way to use another store.

Poor customer service! Tried to ship via a Corporate UPS account. To ship, I'd need to pay a fee to print the UPS label. No offer of assistance, no flexibility to print label...all about fees!!!
