The employees are always friendly and can help you find whatever you need.I lost my phone there the other day and one of the employees returned it to me. I didn’t know where I’d lost it, so It was really nice of him to do that. I wish I’d gotten his name. But it just goes to show what kind of people they have working there. “This is my favorite vape shop in the Valley. The staff is awesome and so helpful with recommendations and the prices are really good. They recently got a new disposable that’s exclusive to Red Star. I’ve always been loyal to Lost Mary but the new Dispo bars take the cake. They’re rechargeable, and even show the battery and juice levels on the display. The flavors are amazing, better than the brands I’ve used in the past. And to top it off, they’re cheaper! Thank you Red Star!”

“My only complaint is they don't let you go back and pick out your tobacco and cigarettes anymore. I used to go back there and get my own stuff all the time, which made shopping less of a hassle. I'm sure something happened and they had to change their policy, but it is super annoying because the security guards really don't know what I'm trying to grab and it'll sometimes take a few times before they get the product I was asking for. It is, however, always a pleasure to get a breakfast burrito here, they are amazing and affordable.”

“Relaxed & and easy-going place to shop. Employees are not pushy. You can take your time looking at their large variety of glass pieces without someone up your a** working that commision. The glass is out on the shelves, not behind the counter, so they can be picked up without assistance. Most of them were different, very few duplicates. They also carry what most smoke shops carry. This is the only place I will go to for my incense.I did see on one website that they were open 24 hours. And this is not true. I think they close at midnight, but they are, for sure, not 24 hours.If you're looking for a good smoke shop, this is a place to go check it out for yourself they are worth a try.The last thing I want to tell you about is that they have a cute little gemick. Every visit, you can choose 5 stickers from a bunch spread out in top of 2 or 3 of the glass cases near the register free of charge. They are very small, but some of them are really pretty cool. More than anything, I think its a statement that speaks to their views on how customers should be treated.I've been there 4 different nights, and it's always the same person working. I wish I knew his name he was very nice.”

“I came into blue spot smoke shop looking for a new smoke shop because I had a bad experience with the Coughing Canary! (That place sucks! Lol) Right when I walked into blue spot smoke shop I was kindly greeted by the owner. He made me feel very at home and comfortable and was very accommodating in my search for The things I needed. If he did not have what I needed immediately on hand he offered to go to his other shops to retrieve those items and have them back for me the next business day. I've been to the shop many times since then and will continue to go there I definitely would recommend Blue splash smoke shop to anybody looking for a great smoke shop.”
