Ren and Adam helped me with several phone technical and account issues with kindness, knowledge and expertise. They helped solve all of my problems and successfully accomplished getting my phone operating correctly and account matters in good order. Verizon and these 2 professionals are amazing! Now I can successfully communicate with my family and work productively! If you need a mobile phone or have any issue with your phone, stay with Verizon’s and go see Ren and Adam in at Scottsdale location!

Great experience at Summit TCC. Worked with Adam. Adam was very helpful with picking out two new phones and setup. We came in with one phone that had a damaged partially working screen and Adam was super patient and knowledgeable recovering and transferring the data. Got all our questions answered, great customer service.

I went to this store to buy a screen protector for my iPhone. I walked in at 10:05 and the place is empty. No staff, no other customers, nothing but I figured someone would come out & help me. Apparently not! I walked around for 5 minutes and no acknowledgment that I was there or that anyone even cared. I walked out at 10:10 and Won't be going back! And this is why everyone orders on Amazon!

The second I walked in, Adam immediately greeted me. I was so frustrated with my new phone that noone knew how to fix it. And, oh boy, Adam was so patient and kind that I felt he was the one who knew what he was doing. I called the Verizon customer service prior visiting this store and it only got worse, not only I was not able to receive my messages, I couldn't make calls now!!Long story short, Adam helped me with the transfer of my old phone data into my new phone, reset, activated and made sure everything was working fine (messages, calls, emails, etc).He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him only for all your troubleshooting. He is a greatest asset to our Verizon store at the Summit at Scottsdale.Thank you, Adam, for being awesome! I appreciate your help!

I walked into the Verizon store to have a glitch fixed in my phone. Richard not only fixed the glitch but informed me of the special promotions going on. We upgraded to an iPhone 14 and internet. Richard he was most helpful.

Went in to Verizon at Summit for a new IPhone. Adam Zaki was helping another customer but immediately greeted me. The man he was helping was irate and continued to get worse. Adam was so patient and tried to help in spite of it all. He then helped me with the tedious transfer of phone data into the new phone. I am new to the Apple family and he graciously walked me through the highlights and more. He was knowledgeable, patient and so kind. He is a true asset to our new Verizon store and to TCC Communications.
