Alexis was wonderful. Extremely helpful and patient. She answered all my questions. Explained how the discounts worked. Was very help in all the little details, like adding the screen saver for me. Perfect!

I walked into the Verizon store to have a glitch fixed in my phone. Richard not only fixed the glitch but informed me of the special promotions going on. We upgraded to an iPhone 14 and internet. Richard he was most helpful.

I was not able to find out what I went there for. It might be something with my current phone. However, Ian, was very helpful as well as he could with what he had to work with. There was quite a wait not a line but a wait in between customers as they were taking good care of the customers before me.
