“What a great Auto repair Center. I Tow my 2020 Ranger behind my Thor Venetian RV so It often gets wear and tear on the suspension. While in Arizona I noticed the front drivers tire wearing on the inside two inches of the tire. This was the only unusual wear. The other three tires were good. I was able to get the front end inspected for any faults and the tires rotated but the place I went to could not due an alignment for over two weeks and being a traveler I could not wait. So I called Red Rock and set up an appointment first thing in the morning on a day I would have the time as I had seven days I Sedona. It took them a little over a hour and the truck felt new again. The mechanics are very well trained and Bill is very friendly, honest and efficient. I wish I had a shop like this in Florida. Thanks so much Red Rock.”

“I had a check engine light on my 2007 Audi A-4, and we were leaving next week for a 1200 mile trip home. I called and he told me to bring the car in the next day at 11:00. I found his shop; wondered about this place after seeing junk cars in front of it. But he checked the code (misfire cylinder 6), and said he thought a new cylinder coil would fix it. He said it would cost about $300, and come back the same day, 3:00. He didn't ask, but I left my name and phone number. I called at 3:00, and he said it was fixed. Sure enough, it was fixed, and he charged me $300. He was friendly and talkative, dispensing advice about keeping a car in good health, and describing another job he was working on, a Fiat that had blown a turbo charger. Not your typical mechanic/businessman, but he seems to have a lot of experience and knows his stuff. I can't imagine anyone else fixing my problem in the same day for that price.”
Fix Auto USA opened its 200th location in Palm Desert South, California, Body Shop Business reported. An impressive achievement for the company started just over a decade ago.
