“Perfect location. No room safe. Parking available near room. Meals and bar drinks are purchased from a converted Airstream trailer in the parking lot.
Be careful which building you stay in. The ones near the Airstream trailer and near the events hall have lots of noise.”

“Rode down on our motorcycles. LOVELY area. Really appreciate the closeness to Sedona without the hustle and bustle. Room was a standard king size studio, had a full apartment size fridge/freezer, a 2 element glass stove, microwave, basic dishes, blowdryer (in bedroom closet) bath and pool towels, separate toilet/tub from bathroom sink and a small room safe. Not much room for luggage so if you're staying for long periods you may need to downsize your suitcases and without an oven you may be eating out frequently. Our room was first floor and walked out to the pool. They do offer snowbird stays. Our only caveat was the pool was always busy with children/families and could be noisey. It would be a great gesture to have no children after a certain time for an adult quiet time. But, I understand it's also a family venue. There were bbqs outside of for use as well. Not many places to dine at within walking distance, Chinese, Thai and a few bakeries/coffee shops. Beautiful views all around. Definitely a visit/stay! Staff were friendly.”

“Alma de Sedona was a nice stay. The rooms are spacious and it’s so nice to have the ginormous tub, fireplace, porch and sitting area. They provided super cozy robes. I was also thrilled to have a smart tv, I like to put YouTube music on and it was so nice. Breakfast was nice, scheduled 8:30-9:30. I was pleased to know they offer cold breakfast if your timing is poor though I didn’t try it.
Then, this place is conveniently located - close to restaurants, cafes, spas. We were also able to walk to lovely hikes and the Stupa park without needing to park!”
“Lovely time share property tucked into up town sedona along a beautiful stretch of oak creek. Property is dated but we'll kept and location is perfect. I do hate they have started charging a resort fee on top of exchange fees. A money grab occurring more often at properties. Not good”

“I just wanted to take a moment to say how wonderful the customer service is. We had a booking through third party with no refunds and ended up having a funeral for a family member be scheduled unexpectedly for the weekend of our booking. The motel immediately advised they could change our reservation date but that we needed to do it through the third party. We called the third party but they needed a waiver from the motel, and upon calling were given the owners number. He approved the waiver, very graciously, thank you Mike! The process what challenging through the third party, so i would recommend booking directly with the motel and will in the future, but they were so wonderful to deal with and their generosity is spending some time to help was appreciated. Thank you star motel!”

“We love this motel so much — this will be our go-to spot from now on whenever we visit! The only issue was that there wasn’t a microwave in the room, and the entrance was a bit tricky to get into because of the busy road, but that’s not their fault.
We loved the rooms — they were so nice and cozy! The bed was very comfortable, and the motel was close to hiking trails, restaurants, and coffee shops. I also loved the style of the rooms. I did notice a little dust on the picture frames, but I went ahead and dusted it off for them.
The outdoor pool was great, and it wasn’t very busy, so we had such a relaxing time. They even took care of my husband on his birthday, which was so thoughtful! I also appreciated that they had a charger for our electric car, so we could charge it overnight. Everyone here was so friendly — we can’t wait to come back!”
“I have stayed here twice this year, a couple of days in April, and again during the summer now in June. This Inn is beautifully kept. Very clean and the window shades are landscapes from sedona which is such a nice touch. The rooms are spacious and well done. I believe it's family owned because the same person checked me in both stays, and he seems to truly care about the property and the guests, always checking on everything. My favorite part is you can walk to a few restaurants that are across the street, and if you walk out the back path, you can walk right into a grocery store. You have everything you need, and Sedona is only a short drive into town.”

“Stayed here for a quick weekend trip. We arrived late so we had to get our room key out of a lockbox - their front desk closes at 8pm which we thought was weird. The room was clean and had a whirlpool tub. This place is very reasonably priced and has a great view!”

“We had a lovely stay at the Arroyo Pinion Hotel. The property was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which made the experience feel very welcoming. One of the highlights was the pool it was wonderful for relaxing after a day of exploring Sedona.
We stayed in a King Deluxe room, which came with a whirlpool bath that we really enjoyed definitely a nice bonus. The hotel is also dog-friendly, which is a huge plus for pet owners traveling with their furry companions.
The room was a bit on the dark side and not very vibrant in terms of decor, and we could hear a lot of noise from the room above us—especially footsteps—which got loud at times. That was a bit of a downside, but not enough to ruin the stay.
Overall, despite those minor flaws, Arroyo Pinion offers good value for the price, and we’d be happy to stay here again.”

“My family ended up at this hotel because the hotel we reserved were apparently overbooked. When we went to our original hotel, the lady at the front desk told me that I should have been informed by the third party that I made reservation from and said she can't do anything about it. So my family was at the hotel lobby trying to figure out what to do. The third party that I used was very prompt and made a new reservation at Best Western Plus. We saw this hotel passing by and thought it was a very nice hotel. When we got there, the lady at the front desk, Kenya, was very kind and helpful. She even updated our hotel room when she heard our story and escorted us to our room. The hotel also has great amenities with indoor and outdoor pools, two big hot tubs, and access to the creek!! Our experience definitely made us consider Best Western the next time we book a hotel.”
“Wonderfull family friendly hotel. Rooms were clean and the breakfast wow fantastic! Very friendly staff. It is a 5-10 min drive from Sedona downtown but you are close to couple hike trails. When we woke up in the morning there were Hot air balloons everywhere?
It was very relaxing I would stay here again because it has resort feel not just one stop and done feel.”

“Had a wonderful stay. Is it 5 Star, no. I'd give it 4.5 if I could. A few small maintenance items in the cabin but were they show stoppers? Nope! Sitting on the patio enjoying nature and listening to the creek is super relaxing. The grounds are clean, cabin is nice, clean, and has everything you need. Especially the Jacuzzi tub! It's close enough to everything a person would want to do in Sedona, but far enough to be in nature and away from the noise and crowds.
22yrs ago I proposed to my wife in cabin 14. Here we are on our anniversary weekend in the same cabin. We'll be back sooner, but for sure on our next 20th we'll stay here in cabin 14 again!”
“I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express, and overall, it was a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was a definite highlight – a good variety of options, and everything tasted fresh. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile.
My only real suggestion for improvement would be the checkout process. It would be so much more convenient if guests could simply drop off their room card with the room number, rather than having to wait in line. That would save a lot of time and make the departure smoother.
Despite that minor inconvenience, I would definitely recommend this hotel. The positives far outweigh the negatives, and I would happily stay there again.”

“Really nice 3 nights here. The rooms have a fantastic view over the red rocks and a great location in the town. Personal touch in that a bottle of wine was put in our room as we were celebrating a birthday. Breakfast was not an option but there was a microwave, coffee machine and fridge so you could make your own and they provided fruit and porridge as a bonus.Noteworthy details: Free parking on sight, though not loads of room we always got a space.”
