“A small boutique for cat and dogs. Good selection of harness, leashes, etc. Some cool outfits and unique snacks and toys. Good place to stop by when traveling if you need something immediately. Prices are on a higher end, but the quality of the items seemed to be good.”
“We purchased a Guniea Pig from this petsmart about a month and a half ago. Unfortunately last night, she passed away unexpectedly. She seemed to have a seizure and pass in the course of a few minutes. She was already greatly loved, I called in to see if they'd be able to do anything for us, as we previously purchased bearded dragons, and they had health issues from the breeder, which petsmart had confirmed with us after we enquired about it. I wasn't to happy with the first individual who I spoke to on the phone, as she it seemed she was more trying to lay the blame on us, then really care about or show sympathy. She instructed me to come in later and talk to Sam. Sam was absolutely amazing, very empathetic and happy to help/share some more information, and try to offer recommendations on which products might be better than others in regards to food, bedding, and what not. Sam set us up with another guinea pig, and did it on the house. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the help I received from Sam, and she made the whole experience feel a little less hard due to losing our sweet guiena pig. Thank you Sam!!!! You deserve a raise! Also the other individual who was working at the time came up and talked to us about her pigs and how she recently lost one. She was very sweet, and made us feel better as well!”
