“I can see why they have such good reviews. Came in for a halter that our little dog couldn’t wriggle out. Customer service was superb! They had just what we were looking for.”

“Words can’t express how much we love Dr. Cinda and Cris! Thank you Dr Cinda for being the voice of reason with our 16 year old corgi sissy. Thank you both so much in light of what you experienced yesterday, you still gave love and compassion to not just sissy but me and Will as well. On your day off, no less! Thank you for the recommendation of Sissy’s last treat, which was rare, thick, ribeye, steak. Thank you for sissy’s, gentle transition in a warm, loving place! We will forever be grateful and Winnie looks forward to seeing you again! (Winnie is doing just great with Sissy’s absence). It’s not always easy to make the tough decision, but Dr Cinda helped us immensely! She is no longer suffering and that is what is the most important.”

“I came in looking for something special for my pup Birdie, who was recently diagnosed with terminal cancer. Roxanne met us with such generosity, tenderness, and the BEST hugs! The healing treats and her genuine kindness were such a gift to my heart. Thank you so much for being a reminder that kindness still exists ❤”

“The stores manager,, Matt, has diligently worked with me over the past week to help me find a cat food that my cat will eat. I mistakenly changed my cats dry food and it caused a lot of stomach upset. Matt has gone above and beyond and I appreciate all his help.”

“Wonderful organization. And the volunteers here are the most dedicated and empathetic people you’ll ever meet. The beautiful bronze sculpture in front will hit you hard: “please adopt us before it’s too late.” But this is a no-kill shelter.”
