We purchased a Guniea Pig from this petsmart about a month and a half ago. Unfortunately last night, she passed away unexpectedly. She seemed to have a seizure and pass in the course of a few minutes. She was already greatly loved, I called in to see if they'd be able to do anything for us, as we previously purchased bearded dragons, and they had health issues from the breeder, which petsmart had confirmed with us after we enquired about it. I wasn't to happy with the first individual who I spoke to on the phone, as she it seemed she was more trying to lay the blame on us, then really care about or show sympathy. She instructed me to come in later and talk to Sam. Sam was absolutely amazing, very empathetic and happy to help/share some more information, and try to offer recommendations on which products might be better than others in regards to food, bedding, and what not. Sam set us up with another guinea pig, and did it on the house. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the help I received from Sam, and she made the whole experience feel a little less hard due to losing our sweet guiena pig. Thank you Sam!!!! You deserve a raise! Also the other individual who was working at the time came up and talked to us about her pigs and how she recently lost one. She was very sweet, and made us feel better as well!

Paid extra for the dematting service, but groomer seemed to rush thru, and found matting behind her ears and under her rear legs after returning home.
Unfortunately, our wonderful former groomer, Classy Critters, went out of business, but will look harder next time to find someone who will do a more thorough job than PetsSmart.

I adopted a dog a few weeks ago and spent close to $400 here. My daughter went in the other day with her friend who was interested in adopting a cat to look at a cat they had. The older lady who volunteers at the Humane Society wouldn’t let my daughter and her friend look at the cat. She told my daughter she should focus on the animals she’s already adopted didn’t she just adopted a dog? No ma’am, I adopted the dog. And what business is out of yours if we adopt animals anyway? I will take my money to Walmart and to Petsense. Absolutely no reason for this nasty lady to judge my daughter and tell her and her friend they can’t look at a cat because she should focus on the animals she has already. Why don’t you focus on minding your own business? Rude and abhorrent behavior.

Staff was very friendly.. Just disappointing that I didn't get what I paid for.. took my dog in for a nail cut and grind and ear clean the groomer just cut her nails and that was it... I've never had this problem at any other location.. I wouldn't have paid extra if they were not going to do the job.
