“Getting your car fixed, when something is wrong with it, is costly and intimidating. The parts cost something, their time costs something, but at Harris Automotive, they provided the most valuable thing for absolutely no cost… My trust in them. I feel like they cared about my safety and they did everything they could to keep me within a range that I could handle at this time… They also made a plan for me, so that I can continue fixing what is wrong with it, on a schedule that I can afford and accommodate with time… honestly, trusting someone with your vehicle is the highest value that you can obtain…. i’m always gonna recommend these guys.
And they did all of this today, basically on the holiday.???.
Needless to say, my drive home was sweet, because the anxiety had left my body.

“While traveling in our RV on the terrible roads of New Mexico, we broke the coach tow receiver and our aluminum bike rack. Called and left a message on a Saturday , Ken the owner responded almost immediately by text, said bring it on Monday morning. Arrive at. 8:00am finished by 10:00am. Colby the son was very concerned in our safety and did a great job on the coach. Mitch the son of Colby welded our bike rack like it was his. Love a three generation business. Great job and fair price”

“We were passing through Slow Low on our way from Indiana to Baja, Mexico. Our Diesel Gladiator's check engine light came on and a couple other lights. We stopped at the Jeep Dealership in Slow Low. They recommended that we take it to Power House Diesel. What a great experience! Jeffrey quickly came out, diagnosed and fixed our problem so we could continue on our trip. We put on an additional 5,000 miles and made it home without anymore problems.”

“We needed some windshield wipers on the fly and found found Show Low Auto Parts. We were pleasantly surprised. You walk into the store and it's one of the most organized looking places we've ever seen! The manager, Tieg, was pleasant, kind comma funny and efficient ! We got the windshield wipers and they were exactly what we needed. They also give military discounts.”
“The people at the front desk were very friendly and professional. The poor mechanic was injured that day but still did an excellent job on my vehicle. I felt really bad when I saw him using crutches and wanted to rescedule my appointment. He was more than willing to do the job, though, so I just sat quite in the waiting room for 30 minutes or so. He came back to give me the keys and told me exactly what he did. He felt confident that the shaking/vibrating would no longer be there and made me aware of the dried mud that was in/on my tires/wheels. Also, told me to go back to Discount Tire to have them rebalance the new tires that I had them put on a week ago. The vibration is totally gone now. There was a huge pothole close to the "Y" (Route 61) that I believe caused my vehicle to fall out of alignment. Keep up the good work, guys. Oh, and, say hello to your cute dog for me.”
