My man Zander took awesome care of me. No bs upsell, I told him what I wanted, he gave me my options and I bought the phone I needed. He told me what accessory options they had and installed the screen protector no charge.
I personally don't like being sold on things I don't want so I really appreciated my experience.

I have nothing but good things to post about Tyler at Cellular One in Show Low! He was calm, answered all my questions, explained everything to me about my new phone and service with them! It was great to deal with a good person for once! Kudos to you Tyler! Thank you 😊

I went in on 3/22/25 and bought a data bundle. My payment went through but the female worker there did not add it to my phone. I had to call in and they said the worker did not add the bundle even though the payment was made. Whether this was malicious or a mistake, please do better in the work you provide to the public. If they do not like the customer base they provide service to they should seek employment elsewhere.

You use up your hotspot really fast and you wonder "whoa I only used it for a day or two why is it already gone" well let me tell you, they have apps using data in the background when you are not using those apps, the Google Play Store takes up 787 megabytes and because it was using the internet in the background without me knowing, it used up all the fast internet, this is happening because these people are greedy money hungry no good no lifers, have you ever wondered "wow these prices are too good to be true" well that's because it is, be prepared to spend a lot of money on more high speeds!
