“Very nice hotel with a very nice staff! I was checked in with very prompt friendly service and they even gave me a couple cookies! My room was very clean and well kept. There was a microwave comfortable bed and a nice fridge. I really appreciated that the staff called me to let me know that I had left some of my uniforms behind. When I returned 20 minutes later they gave them to me immediately! Thank you Best Western Paint Pony Lodge for for having me and being pros!”

“Rooms: Rooms were nice and clean. Bed was decent. Continental breakfast consisted of coffee, some packaged sweets, yogurt and cereal. Vey light breakfast. No waffles. No fruit. Nothing really hot. Breakfast needs improvement.”
“My experience during my stay was absolutely awesome. Amanda was so amazing and nice. I like that. I could have my dogs there and my kids had fun as well. I also enjoyed seeing that new paint get put on the building it’s looking really nice can’t wait to come back and see it when it’s finished.”

“The room was immaculate. Got a king standard and the room was extremely spacious. The room even smelled clean. Air conditioning was already at a very comfortable level upon arrival. There are 2 buildings. We chose the outbuilding because we were told the rooms were newly renovated and quieter. The breakfast area is located at the main building. Greeted with a smile and made to feel welcomed. Only one gripe, the bed was terrible. Not the IHG quality you'd expect. Traveling along I-40, the reviews for similar IHG establishments were not good. This hotel is quite a drive off I-40 but decided to stay due to the better ratings. I just wish the beds were of a better quality. I would stay again, for sure!

“Nice clean rooms even though they are a little outdated. It was nice and tucked away in the forest. The heater did smell pretty bad when we turned it on. Would be nice if they could update the floors too. Price seemed a little high for the room but it was the 4th of July weekend.”
“Rooms could use an update but they were clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent and the breakfast at the local cafe that's included with your stay was also excellent.”
“BRING YOUR OWN PILLOWS! The lady at the checkout was lovely, rooms were decently quiet with hot shower, cold AC and decently comfortable. It’s an older location, but decent for the price!
Pillows were stuffed with cheap cotton, hard to sleep with.”

“Clean, well-maintained and spacious rooms with tons of options to charge devices and lots of storage space. Adequate water pressure and no issues with temperature control. Mini fridges have readily adjustable thermostats but no freezer. They do have smart TVs with sleep timers. Noise level varied; first night there was none, but the next night there was a lot of overhead noise. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast. The area was clean and well-stocked. Oatmeal and waffle batter were much different consistencies on different days. I didn't interact with any staff members to get a feel for service.”
