“What was supposed to be a simple switch of phone service from T-Mobile to Verizon turned into a several day adventure (due to T-Mobile), which took a total of 4 trips to this Verizon store and several hours and work and effort of several guys at this store. Every time we came in we were greeted warmly with smiles and never once felt like we were an issue or headache to deal with. We were helped by Ryan, Joseph, Pedro, Tim, and Martin, all taking their time and showing patience with dealing with T-Mobile. We were in the store long enough to see that this is how they treat everyone that walks in the door, being patient and kind, and taking their time to explain things to the customers they were helping. More businesses need to be this kind and caring. Thanks so much guys!!”
“My man Zander took awesome care of me. No bs upsell, I told him what I wanted, he gave me my options and I bought the phone I needed. He told me what accessory options they had and installed the screen protector no charge.
