Sierra Vista Ace Hardware is a locally owned and operated store that is large enough to have a good variety and a phenomenal variety of items, but not overwhelming. It is committed to being the helpful hardware place in the community. The staff is always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely knowledgeable. They offer personal service, ask if you need help without being intrusive, and are willing to assist in finding what you need. Questions are answered, and customers feel valued. The garden center is well stocked with more variety and quality than big box stores. Checking out is fast, and the convenient shopping experience from the local experts makes it a highly recommended go-to place.

Great store overall, just dealt with one rude employee in garden center sometime ago. Rest of store is great customer service, including check out services.
