“Clean, well organized store; probably the nicest Harbor Freight I’ve been too. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Great job by the management and staff for making this store top notch. The effort doesn’t go unnoticed but often goes unsaid. Keep up the great work!

Corporate and district management needs to commend Kaleb J. for his outstanding service and always pushing to go the extra mile for his customers. He's an awesome worker going above and beyond. Thank you Kaleb, we appreciate you.”

“Got a thermostat to fit my heat pump, learned the correct terminology so I know what to look for next time I kill my thermostat, and was out the door in under 5 minutes. Friendly service (Ernesto?) thanks!”
“If only it was closer to Vail. Exceptional inventory of ranch and farm supplies. But my interest was in the sporting goods area. Lots of choices for ammo, reloading components, pistols and rifles. It's an excellent place to shop, and find more than one can hope to find in one store. Good prices and lots of selections.”

“Lucas was very nice helped us out with the washer and dryer also Jenny was very nice and helped us she was really friendly and helped us answer questions for us regarding the washers like which one had a longer delay of which 1 to buy. Also we have dealt with Tim who is really nice And Jessie they were very nice.”
“At 1st this was going to be a negative review, my husband and I were there today, met an elderly lady who needed help. “We” helped her as much we could but needed a customer representative to help her get the lawn mower and trimmer she needed! I asked 3 different employees for help, but not one showed up! I found Tyler, told him what was going on, he stopped what he was doing and came immediately to assist! It was not his department but he quickly got Tre to come and that young man was AMAZING!!! I also spoke with the supervisor Tony and informed him of the whole situation! He was very nice and thanked me for letting him know about the help we “didn’t” get and the help we “did”!
Tyler and Tre were AWESOME and we appreciate their help very much, as I’m sure the elderly is just as grateful as we are🥰This was at the Sierra Vista AZ store!”
“I am so thankful for David H and Paula at this lowes, they were able to help me get everything loaded and seemed happy to do so even though it was quite a heavy order. Lowes should definitely be grateful to have such great employees!!”

“My 9 year old car key fob needed a new battery. I went to Ace, they were so nice! The employee promptly replaced the battery and then walked out to my car with me to make sure it worked properly! Great Service!
I then went to the garden center, was greeted and quickly checked out with some lovely plants.
Sierra Vista is lucky to have this wonderful store staffed with great people.”
