“My husband and I went in to purchase a new mattress and Amber Lynn greeted at the door. We explained to her that we had a Tempurpedic mattress that was approximately 13 years old and it was time to get a new one. Amber took us straight to the top of the line Tempurpedic and we laid on it for a good 20 minutes while she went through all the new features a Tempurpedic base has. She then explained the new material on the mattress. Then she walked us around the store and showed us all of the other options we had to choose from. I never felt pressured to make any kind of purchase but since she knew we had to get a new mattress she gave us all options. Since our current bases are still good Amber said if financing is a problem we don't have to buy a new base. Amber was informative, kind, very patient, and even laughed at all of my stupid jokes. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable and walked away at the right times to give my husband and I privacy to talk but never made us feel like she needed to hurryoff to be with anothercustomer. The only bad part of our experience was that we had to say goodbye knowing we won't need her to sale us another bed for another 10-13 years”

“This is literally the best Starbucks I’ve ever ever been to. The employees are amazing and friendly. There are some of the most wonderful employees at any Starbucks I’ve been to. Awesome customer service! There is a new Guy that works there now and he is so awesome. I wish I could remember his name. But all of them are great!!”

“This review is long overdue. My husband and I were desperate to replace some couches at my mother-in-laws home. The ones she had were old, smelly and her son had recently passed away on one. It was a terrible situation. Anyway, we stopped into Sparks Furniture - We were lucky enough to speak with Tim. He went above and beyond and once we found the set we wanted he allowed us to take the floor model. What a blessing! The quality of the couches we purchased was great, they still looks amazing and the prices were extremely reasonable. This was our third and final stop that day. The first two shops either didn't have the quality or the employees didn't seem to want to help us. If i was in the market to buy any furniture I would definitely shop at Sparks. I highly recommend and I want to apologize for not writing this review sooner. We really appreciated how Tim went the extra mile, was honest knowledgeable and friendly. Love this store!!!”
