“Let me start by saying the service as we checked in was outstanding. The girl that was there to check us in welcomed us in, and was very professional. She hit all the right corporate greetings that I’m sure came from excellent training. She thanked us for being IHG members, and she finished by saying please enjoy your stay and let me know if there’s anything I can do for you. I was quiet and just smiled due to being tired from a long day of travel. First impression of the room. It’s clean, and the linens were fresh and crisp!!! This is not the case at every holiday inn we have visited. THANK YOU!!! Thank you for having staff that actually values and takes pride in their job! As we left to go get dinner, the same wonderful front desk person said see you later with a smile. When we returned later that night, she said welcome back, it’s good to see you again. The next day we left before 6am for an event, breakfast was already ready for the day. We saw friendly smiles from the morning staff. We didn’t have breakfast as we were enroute to an event. When we returned later on the second evening, the linens were freshened the beds were made, and the shower curtain was changed. It’s like they know I’m paranoid about cleanliness lol. The experience was so divine. Checkout was painless and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend staying here and will be returning when visiting Sierra Vista.

“My husband and me stayed here this past weekend for our Anniversary and we loved it. Its in a great location near stores and restaurants. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious. They are also pet friendly which is a plus considering we travel with pets. They offer free laundry, have a fitness center, and a cupboard with snacks, food, and other things you may need. We will most definitely visit here again”

“The hotel was a little dated, but it made up for it with staff, cleanliness, breakfast, pool, location, stovetop, fridge and all other accomodations. It definitely was a wonderful location close and convenient for my friend and I to visit with our childhood friend. I will definitely return next time I'm in town”

“AR 01-2024 Sierra Vista Hampton Inn by Hilton, Tony and left Yuma and traveled across the state to go to Tombstone. We stopped in Sierra Vista to spend the night and found this lovely Hampton Inn.The hotel is lovely! So comfort!Tony thought the room is too small but it was adequate.The hotel has a nice hot and cold breakfast. There is a indoor pool and gym. The staff I met was very friendly, no complaints on my side. If in the area, I would definitely stop and stay again!! Highly recommend to allAlexander was at front desk and assisted me, he was wonderful!! Thanks so much Alex!!!”
“Mattress appears to be lopsided as I appear to be on the edge.
Rooms: Kitchenette to save on food cost. Fridge was freezing everything because of missing top door they got us a different one. Now things are ok”
“This hotel is was perfect for our weekend stay! Pretty well located to everything we needed. Room was well appointed, bed was comfy enough, & we loved the giant shower. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. The only reason I gave the room a 4 was because the toilet was a bit finicky when flushing, & the towel bar fell apart at one point (just a screw missing). We would stay again!”

“Instant 5 star review because they allowed for early check-in! As a commercial driver this is a life saver, maybe literally. The rooms are simple, comfortable and clean. The bed very comfortable! The bathrooms have a bathtub. And the gentleman who checked me in was very helpful and accommodating. Prices very affordable. No frills, no luxury, but a good, clean, quiet place to get some sleep!”
