“The lady changed our room from big nose Kate's to a room on the other side. It was nice and roomy. But, nobody is high dusting, or vacuuming the couch. It was full of old dust. And, I'm allergic to old dust. Also, the Ice from the ice machine smelled sour and smelled like urine. The people were nice and accommodating. I don't think they have enough help for the cleaning.”

“I meant to post this two months ago. We like to come visit Tombstone at least once a year. This was the first time we've stayed here, and we will probably stay here again! The lady at the front desk was very nice. We booked two rooms back in December and the rooms were great. One room had been recently remodeled and was perfect for our daughter. We stayed in the Maureen O'Hara room and we liked history of it. ( it's the only room that has a tub) One thing that we thought was nice was that the owner left Christmas Cards in our rooms welcoming us to her hotel. I thought that was such a personal touch. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Tombstone.”

“Larry is an absolute gem and a good man. I was stranded and he went above and beyond to help me. Please never let this guy go! He turned an otherwise miserable experience in to a 5 star review. If you keep staff like this, you don't need fancy amenities. Id trade them all for your greatest resource, quality staff.Keep a mechanic on staff!P.S. take care of Larry, don't be a jerk, and for God's sake tip the man generously. The customer service received for the cost was exceptional.”

“I gave the Landmark 5 stars for the following reasons. A new family took over just 8 months ago and they have done wonders. The rooms has new flooring. The rooms are spacious. Each room has a refrigerator and a nice size tv. They keep the beautiful old tile on the walls in the bath and sink area. The breakfast would be $10 in any restaurant in town. The pool and pool area have been completely redone. They have a very nice path way to walk your pets or just for your own walk. And last but not least every room has a grest view.Rooms: Rooms are spacious and has a refrigerator.Nearby activities: Just minutes from Boot Hill and downtown Tombstone.Safety: Plenty of outside lighting.Walkability: Nice walking paths for you and your pets.Food & drinks: A great breakfast that would vost you $10 in any restaurant.”

“If you have any accessibility issues, forget this hotel. There is no elevator and they won't do anything to help. The older lady that worked the front desk in the AM Saturday/Sunday was so unhelpful and rude everytime we dealt with her. Everyone else was really nice and did what they could to help. Breakfast was really not much of anything. Room was decent, not super comfy but it did the job. If you stay by the stairs, expect a lot of noise from the people walking up and down and the door slamming. The fire pit and pool looked nice but we didn't get the chance to use them.”
