“Clean and up to date, the pool and hot tub are amazing and so scenic. The elevator wasn't working during our stay and we were on the third floor, so that was a bummer. Breakfast was great. Would definitely stay again!”
“My daughter spent a long weekend here. My wife and I asked the cost to join her at her included breakfast buffet each morning. We were told, repeatedly ( by different employees ) it was there pleasure and NO COST, to enjoy breakfast with our daughter. Besides the hotel being beautifully decorated, and the friendliness of the employees was exceptional. And to allow us to share costfree an excellent buffet with our daughter is unheard of anywhere. “Top notch hotel. Booking here was a breeze and the front desk person gave excellent service.
The lobby area and lounge area is accessible on the first floor, and breakfast is served in the room next to the lobby. Great continental breakfast with fresh ham and eggs too- yum! They have accessible elevators to take you up to your room. Rooms were clean and well-maintained.”
“My husband and me stayed here this past weekend for our Anniversary and we loved it. Its in a great location near stores and restaurants. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious. They are also pet friendly which is a plus considering we travel with pets. They offer free laundry, have a fitness center, and a cupboard with snacks, food, and other things you may need. We will most definitely visit here again”

“The hotel was a little dated, but it made up for it with staff, cleanliness, breakfast, pool, location, stovetop, fridge and all other accomodations. “AR 01-2024 Sierra Vista Hampton Inn by Hilton, Tony and left Yuma and traveled across the state to go to Tombstone. We stopped in Sierra Vista to spend the night and found this lovely Hampton Inn.The hotel is lovely! So comfort!Tony thought the room is too small but it was adequate.The hotel has a nice hot and cold breakfast. There is a indoor pool and gym. The staff I met was very friendly, no complaints on my side. If in the area, I would definitely stop and stay again!! Highly recommend to allAlexander was at front desk and assisted me, he was wonderful!! Thanks so much Alex!!!”
“Really disappointed with the pool. We traveled here and picked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool for the kids. Comes to find out the pool doesn’t open until 10. After entertaining the kids until 10 we are advised that the pool will open until 11 at the earliest maybe 12 because of a chemical imbalance. Checkout is at 12. Very disappointing. No swimming today.
Rooms are updated and clean.
Breakfast was great for the whole family.
Location is great - short drive to all eating and shopping.”

Rooms: Kitchenette to save on food cost. Fridge was freezing everything because of missing top door they got us a different one. Now things are ok”

“Absolutely everything one needs! Our room was fully furnished. They have a fitness center and heated pool and spa- this is January and it's cold outside. Complimentary breakfast and dinner. Beautiful fireplace in the lobby and dining room.
Daniella and Tabitha are fantastic hosts. Can't wait to meet the rest of the staff.”
