“Rated 4 star for the experience, but this is a solid 3+ hotel. Pool was in a great spot out of the sunset, spa worked well. Great location. Needed a staycation just away from home and this fit the bill. Room was good, breakfast was good. Staff was meh, but, it's Sierra Vista, my expectation is meh, that's what I got. But, overall, If I needed to recommend a location for people to stay, I'd recommend it. I also liked that there is a tribute/plaque honoring the longtime land owner. That's a great tribute.”

“My husband and I are platinum rewards members with Best Western. I would say this is our favorite location. We have, however, stopped staying here because the prices have become so inflated. This makes me sad because this was our favorite hotel”

“Sporadic AC - not a problem during the day- you can adjust what you're wearing, tried auto setting, on setting, lowering the thermostat, but it still had moments of sweltering alternated with pleasant coolness all through the night with a grating metal sound that would not likely have been a problem except we were awake, sweating near to death.
Room itself was incredible! Clean, comfy, tasteful, beautiful. Wish we had known and gotten a bunk bed room for the kids. Breakfast was astounding (push-button pancake machine?! Never seen this before- son had to try- we all watched, fascinated. Plus the usual AND cinnamon rolls, chocolate milk, cheese omlets, bacon, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, and Ooikos yogurt. My son was talking about it all day. Staff were exremely amiable - we were on the first floor, and they got ice from thel locked kitchen ice machine for us as there were only ice machines on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and got us a disposable knife to cut fruit we brought with us for dinner.
There is a coffee bar with a machine that grinds the beans before percolating the grounds! Delicious! With French vanilla creamer (a necessity for my wife).
Bathroom sink was in the bathroom - our preference is in the room - which is more convenient for families. The room was huge and it would have easily fit adjacent to the door. Parking is free and plentiful.
Would gladly stay again, but in a different room-not 131! Or hopefully, the AC will have been fixed! Thankful it was only 96 degrees and we were on the bottom floor!”

“While exploring Tombstone and Bisbee on a busy Labor Day weekend, we sought out the closest Marriott property. This Fairfield was 25 minutes from both destinations and appeared to be recently renovated. Our room was a king bedroom suite which was very spacious and clean. It had a lounging area, two TVs, mini fridge, microwave and everything required for a pleasant stay. All the staff we came into contact with were very nice and welcoming. My only big complaint was noise through the extremely thin walls and traffic noise of the nearby AZ-92 -- and we could hear it from the third floor and furthest room from the road. They provided us with complimentary ear plugs which was much appreciated. Nonetheless we had a wonderful stay here and would recommend it. Perhaps the TownePlace Suites other Marriott property just down the road is quieter. *shrug* Tip: A filtered water machine is available in the gym.”

“Clean lobby, grounds and rooms. Extra services like evening snacks and drinks (soup and salads) plus a nice hot breakfast really earn the five star rating. Price is about half of what other places with similar amenities charge.”

“Top notch hotel. Booking here was a breeze and the front desk person gave excellent service.
The lobby area and lounge area is accessible on the first floor, and breakfast is served in the room next to the lobby. Great continental breakfast with fresh ham and eggs too- yum! They have accessible elevators to take you up to your room. Rooms were clean and well-maintained.”

“Know what? Not bad. Service was fantastic. Had to check in at 2am. Got me in quick after some issues with the front desk phone they use to contact them. But that’s not their fault. Room was - well it was livable. Ac blows cold, bathroom is…a bathroom. Wasn’t a horror movie but wasn’t spotless either. Tv works. Had a paw print on the bed, and no I didn’t bring my dog to stay with me. Besides that, solid stay. I’d come back again.”

“AR 01-2024 Sierra Vista Hampton Inn by Hilton, Tony and left Yuma and traveled across the state to go to Tombstone. We stopped in Sierra Vista to spend the night and found this lovely Hampton Inn.The hotel is lovely! So comfort!Tony thought the room is too small but it was adequate.The hotel has a nice hot and cold breakfast. There is a indoor pool and gym. The staff I met was very friendly, no complaints on my side. If in the area, I would definitely stop and stay again!! Highly recommend to allAlexander was at front desk and assisted me, he was wonderful!! Thanks so much Alex!!!”

“Such a great experience at the Hampton by Hilton in Sierra Vista! From the moment we walked in, everyone was so welcoming and kind. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about their guests, which made our stay even better.

The room was comfortable and clean, the hotel was peaceful, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We also really enjoyed the breakfast—it was convenient, fresh, and had a good variety.

Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We felt comfortable, well taken care of, and right at home. We will absolutely stay here again when we’re back in Sierra Vista! Highly recommend! ❤”

“Mattress appears to be lopsided as I appear to be on the edge.

Rooms: Kitchenette to save on food cost. Fridge was freezing everything because of missing top door they got us a different one. Now things are ok”

“Traveling for out of town events becomes tiresome, but when you find a quiet comfortable motel it makes the trip nicer. This motel had what we needed with a clean room, comfortable beds, Air conditioning that works extremely well and a quiet safe environment. My daughter, grandchildren and myself were able to get a good night's sleep without any noisy neighbors.”
