I've always like Lowe's. However this wasn't Sierra Vista I needed to buy a countertop and the girl back there with the counters did not know what she was talking about. Went up to customer service and they knew what was going on and they fixed it for me. So that was good.

They need more employees on a Sunday in the appliance department. Bought a dryer and the employee was so inundated with customers that she forgot to bring it up front and I had to go back and remind her after 20+ minutes.
