With 350 branches worldwide, it is easy to visit a local location. Customers say the branch is busy but employees are efficient and courteous. One member applied for and received a car loan over the telephone and was approved before reaching a dealer. The ATM can be slow and only accepts a few bills at a time. I don't need to go to the bank very often but when I do I am very thankful I am with Navy Federal Credit Union! This location is absolutely incredible.
