For those saying they are rude or lack customer service; if you want to get schmoozed and bamboozled by some smoothe talking salesman, go somewhere else. If you want a straight forward, no nonsense auto repair shop, then Auto Logic is the best I've found in Sierra Vista.”

“Fantastic experience, they picked up the phone very quickly when I called to make an appointment and were very polite and courteous.
At the appointment David answered all my questions and was very helpful at getting the problem solved. The waiting area is also nice and clean and nobody got upset at me for having the kids there with me.”

“Had a stubborn headlight assembly that would not come out. (Needed to replace headlight lamp. I had tried for 2 days. Car guy neighbor tried. Not happening.) I just dropped in. No appt. Mark is out of town but his guy was there. (Forgot to ask his name!) Had stopped by Ford but they wanted me to leave the car for TWO DAYS!!! Plus would have charged shop rates. Mark's guy got it out in just a cpl mins. What a relief to have that done! He shook my hand and said have a nice day! Wait.. what?! I love the mom n pop shops. I will be back!”
