My friend went to pick up a pair of Vans yesterday but they didn't have the style he likes. We were on the way out the door, and Wow! The sales rep stepped in, knew the shoe he was looking for by name, found it online, and ordered them for us in the store. An email confirmed today the shoes are on the way in a couple of days! I am not easily impressed, but that command of a sales/business acumen needs to be lauded. I hope Famous Footwear recognizes her for the asset she is. We are thankful and grateful.”

“We went there specifically looking for some Skechers slip-ins. They had a very large selection and the lady who was working there was very helpful. This is not a full service shoe store but a help yourself pick from the stock on the shelves. One must be aware of this when rating the shoe store like this. We left with two pair and are very happy!”
