Terrible service by even more terrible people. I’ve had packages lost with zero assistance in fixing things. Ask for assistance understanding things and get no answers. If it wasn’t so far to drive I’d still have my mail sent back to Concho. They have their stuff together and are always helpful and kind.

I would 0 star if I could, unfortunately they have the worst service in store and in mail delivery. Always getting different people’s mail. Never receiving all of mine or receiving it late etc. Not sure who runs the show but they either are not doing their job or are not monitoring the work ethic of the employees.

This post office is the worst I've ever seen my mother sent out a letter 3 days later she died, to this day I still haven't received that letter. I'll never know what my Mother's Last Words were

We live really far from the Snowflake, AZ post office.. They NEVER DELIVER MY PACKAGES TO MY HOUSE !!! I always have to drive 20 miles into Snowflake and 20 miles back to my home, just to get a package. Some of my packages are quite large!
Now I get that I live kind of rural, BUT we live on a COUNTY MAINTAINED ROAD FOR GOD SAKE! I am so irritated that they can't be bothered to come down my COUNTY MAINTAINED ROAD to deliver my packages!
They leave a peach colored card stating that they are sorry they missed me when I have been home for days! Seriously what happen to to pledge of the post office that they will deliver through sleet, rain, snow?
We are paying taxes for our mail and packages to be delivered directly to us! I am almost 70 years old and have a hard time getting around. What can be done about this???

It’s sad that every time I leave this place, I leave upset because of how rude they were and how they talked to me like I’m an idiot.

People be aware of this post office they can deliver your letters to any address and won't be liable for not doing their job correctly. I talked to the post office manager and she said that they can only do the best they can guess which address it says on the envelope instead of acknowledging that the mail is undeliverable due to an incorrect address that doesn't exist they can choose to drop it anywhere instead of sending it back to the sender

After 3 years of living in Snowflake I’m finally giving this place a review after my experience today. I’m pretty easy going and love to give positive reviews but after several negative run-ins with a postal service employee (male/gray short hair/gray facial hair/glasses) I have to say something.I went up to the counter and said “Hi I need to pick up some packages, here’s my ID, my slip is at home.” He immediately said “No it’s not. You haven’t gotten a slip today, I know that because the mail carrier hasn’t even left the office. You just want your packages that came in today.”Basically insinuating that I am a liar.I said “okay, well do I need to go home and pick it up before you’ll give me my packages?” He said “no, I’m just saying you don’t have a slip at home” and I said “well that’s strange because I do.”Then he said “it’s probably from a previous delivery that you came and got before getting your slip. You can throw that one away just like you can throw away the one that you get after today for these packages because you’re picking them up now.”Then he went to get my packages in the back and came back to the counter and continued to give me a hard time about my slip until another female postal service employee (possibly the manager?) came up and said “okay!” nicely urging him to cut it.I don’t understand what his goal was. If it was to get his place of employment a bad review, he nailed it.Anyway, came back home right after picking up my packages to take a picture of the slip that I DID in fact have in my possession just like I told him I did.It’s unfortunate that this man can take a 5 star review down to 3 because of the attitude and hostility he always has toward me (and others as I’ve witnessed previously). Maybe he needs some training in customer service. I’m not sure. I understand anyone could have a bad day but it’s getting ridiculous and frustrating to deal with on a continual basis.I’d like to take this time to also acknowledge and praise the other employees at this location for their kindness and helpfulness. The two women employees are always awesome! And the only reason that my review is at 3 stars. Please keep doing what you’re doing, the residents of Snowflake appreciate you!!

I have. P.O. Box and they frequently mark packages as delivered, and so I make the trip to town to pick up my stuff, and they have failed to put them in the actual boxes . When asked when they will actually deliver my items they have already marked as delivered, they say come back in a couple hours.

Stop marking packages as Delivered when they are Not. It is an Hour Drive to the post office and back to my house. I understand you may be understaffed, but that isn't an excuse for Wasting my Time.
