“Great Cricket location, employees are just fast and so proficient at their duties. What grabbed my attention it was Marco, that guy is an all around employee, great customer service, creates a great welcoming environment, quickness and efficient to execute activations, he even turn into a technician when they started having difficulties to pay with card, the man just fix everything and the best part i spent around 20 minutes inside the store even after there was like 6 people im front of me. “March 24, 2026 at around noon, I came in and exploded at the poor woman behind the counter because I had been on hold with cricket for an hour and they just kept making me repeat myself even though they KNEW I was bleeding from oral surgery! This woman behind the counter deserves a medal 🏅 she was able to reactivate my phone without charging me in ten minutes and sent me on my way. I’m in too much pain to talk, but I hope she knows how grateful I am for her humanity and kindness. I’m so sorry I was raging and in pain, you don’t deserve that.”

“My family was referred to Gloria by multiple contractors, and she was very helpful. She was professional and offered unbiased opinions regarding lighting options for our project. She has high quality products at competitive prices. Gloria took the time to research products and answer our questions. Our project involved exterior and interior shop lighting, and she made the whole process easy for us. I am looking forward to working with her more, and I highly recommend Gloria and Arizona Light Co for any project that requires lighting.”

“Perhaps because our Target in Yuma is off the beaten track I tend to forget about it for items out of stock at the usual Grocery stores but today I was beyond ecstatic! I wanted a new version of an everyday product which supposedly was on the market. My regular store failed me! I'd gotten my hopes up and looked forward to enjoying this new refreshing product! Now that temperatures are up I didn't want to spend more time in the heat on the off chance that Maybe target Might have them. For almost 20 minutes I got transferred, put on hold, disconnected called back misrouted and the. The cycle began again. That was until Becky said hello and took control. She walked the phone through the store and found a Lead named Daisy who KNEW how to place the call on hold while she put her eyes on the product. What nice ladies! Daisy went above and beyond by asking how many Items I wanted and had them waiting for me at the service desk! Bravo!! Apparently their communications systems was having issues today but these quick thinkers were not going to fail when it came to making a customer happy! Kudos to Target for hiring training and retaining good quality employees like these!”

“Couldn't have been more satisfied with this store. Upgraded 2 phones and came away completely satisfied. I remembered Saray as being very helpful with someone new to the latest technology, but can't remember the name of the guy that helped on our repeat visit. Very efficient and saved us some money. Highly recommend this store over the one in the foothills. Worth the drive”
