“I was a member at Hidden Valley CrossFit for quite a while and had a great experience. The only reason I canceled my membership was because my schedule got too busy and I just didn’t have the time to make it in regularly anymore.
The coaches and staff were always friendly and welcoming, and they genuinely made you feel like they were glad you were there. The members were also great—everyone was supportive, friendly, and fun to work out with.
If you’re looking for a CrossFit gym with a great atmosphere and an awesome community, I highly recommend Hidden Valley CrossFit.”

“This is an awesome gym! I used to come here back when I lived in Yuma, and now that I’m visiting for a couple of weeks, I decided to return, and I’m so glad I did. Since the last time I was here, they’ve expanded the weight machine area, which is great to see. Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking for a solid workout while in Yuma!”

The owner Caeden is so friendly and attentive to the gym needs and ensures the gym's cleanliness. The staff/training professionals are very friendly and welcoming as well. So much is offered here from group classes to personal training.
I had the pleasure to personal train with Ruslana. Her expertise and knowledge of the subject matter has been invaluable in helping me to understand and apply what l've learned. Her enthusiasm and positive attitude also made the experience enjoyable and engaging.

“Showers are spacious but couldn't get the temperature warm it would only go extreme hot or cold. Used one of the other showers to finish and pressure was not as good. Other than that very nice facility”

“Gym itself is great and staff is all cool. But the majority of people that go there have zero gym etiquette. Weights are always all over the place and the squat racks are always disorganized because people are either to lazy or just that lost to put weights back and keep the weights stacked right. It Looks like a kids room after they clean it up and they just put anything anywhere it fits. Highly aggravating and makes it annoying to workout. Never seen one this bad before.”

“This gym is very nice and very equipped (even though some things are outdated) but that was cleared by the manager at the facility as she explained that the new Somerton gym will be something good to look forward to. I am always greeted when coming in and get a friendly goodbye after my workout. It’s very tidy and it’s easy to find all the equipment. Thank youuu! Will for sure stay with this gym longer!”
