“The staff is the best! I would rate it a 5 star, but the location is the worst! But that's not their fault, but the government needs to move it. We have to go there because the city doesn't have delivery to the residents.”

“It's a shame this post office has so many bad reviews - I've had all great experiences here! It's true (as stated in the other reviews) that it's very small, and I do wish that some more USPS resources for a bigger building and more staff were allocated to this area - but the staff is so courteous and helpful and quick. I would MUCH rather go someplace small where the staff is courteous and helpful, than a place that is big and modern, and the staff is rotten.
Somerton is a small place, and it's not the staff's fault that the government doesn't give them more funds. They do an amazing job with the resources they have! Keep up the good work, guys!
