“The ladies working the day I went were pleasant with all customers and patient. There were a lot of people looking to mail packages and they were professional with each one of us, as well as fast. I'd never mailed a package without any help until yesterday and the worker was patient with me and helpful. Thank you.”

“The staff is the best! I would rate it a 5 star, but the location is the worst! But that's not their fault, but the government needs to move it. We have to go there because the city doesn't have delivery to the residents.”
“It's the post office.
They do what they are supposed to/ expected to, and usually pretty well.
There did use to be a lady here that was super deliberate and slow, but she retired years ago.
My encounters eith the current staff have always been good, often someone steps up to handle the simple tasks and speeds up the line.
They have done a good job with that over the last several years - improve the customer experience. I fo remember back in the day when it wasn't quite like that.
Thunbs up!”

“Great Customer Service. Very friendly, but usually hsve one emplyee working in front. At times 2 will be working in front, but it gets crowded at times. Wish they deliver mail to each resident.”
