“After getting several "Service Battery Charging System" messages in the past several weeks, I took my 2011 Chevrolet Traverse to NAPA Auto Parts in Stanfield for a battery test. I received exceptionally great service from a sales technician, who determined my battery was very good, but something was drawing current with everything shut off. Further diagnosis was beyond their capability, but knowing the battery was good was a big help. Next stop will be a Chevrolet service dept. Thank you NAPA for your help, and not trying to sell me something that wasn't needed.”
