“I am surprised by the unfavorable reviews that have been posted. Upon moving to Surprise, this was the first car wash I tried, and I have continued to return ever since. It is the nicest car wash I have ever experienced. The location is peaceful and safe, all the equipment functions properly, and the nozzles deliver the strongest water pressure I have encountered at any car wash.”
“Grease Monkey has been my go to center for oil changes for the last few years. My vehicle was always serviced at the dealership but that was always a half a day adventure. Speaking of my last experience I fortunately came in when no other vehicles were there. I was done in about 10 minutes and on my way. Even past times, I think my longest wait was maybe 30 minutes. The convenience and speed puts no strain on a busy schedule.”

“Always a great wash and great customer service. Have had my membership for over a year and this specific location is by far the best quick quack, and wash in the area period. The self service vacuum area at this location has the strongest vacuums of any other local wash I’ve been to, and they do a good job at keeping the towels stocked and damp.”

I opt for the monthly Elite membership program with ALL the bella & whistles and maximize my membership to the fullest, often having my car washed every other or EVERY day.”
“This is not a true touch less car wash. It uses the rotating foam brushes to wash your car, if that matters to you. They are usually in good shape and not raggedy like some other places. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Sometimes the plate scanner (for member entrance) can be slow, but there is always someone who can manually enter your plate. If you like a very soapy wash, don't get the basic (or 'good') wash. I think you have to get at least the Lucky Duck. The wash itself is quick and generally thorough for what it is. Unlimited memberships are really unlimited; I once went through twice back to back because my car was extremely dirty. Cancelling a membership has been easy in the past. The vacuums are free and they have compressed air for blowing out grilles and mirrors. Their microfibers are usually plentiful, although they are often very damp. Today, it seemed the towels were a bit oily- might be time to change them out.”
“Can't say enough about grand express wash!! I discovered this hidden jam a couple months ago and take all of my vehicle vehicles there now. It is a very high high-quality wash for an affordable price! The vacuums and the extra rags are a nice extra touch!”

“I contacted CCD to correct water spots on my dark blue vehicle, I had a couple conversations with Chris about my expectations and afterwards felt confident that my concerns would be resolved. I’m happy to report they were. Chris took the time to explain about the various processes, It was kind of educational. I would not hesitate to return with any of my other vehicles. I feel the price for the work that was done was very fair and I’m satisfied with the results.

“Addison was very helpful as she greeted and helped me select my car wash package. I asked the man who guided my car in to spray the front bumper a bit more as I had a lot of bugs there from a recent trip. When I got to the dry and detail area I asked that they make sure the bugs were gone. When I inspected the car I asked the person to redo the bumper as it looked like nothing was done there. He stopped the belt and rewatched the front. Not the best wash but I’m impressed that everyone tried to make it right!”
“Went to this location this morning, first time in a while and man not only did my car look like a million bucks but I felt like it too, employees are very nice and helpful, the gentleman that helped me his name is Taj, he was fantastic ! You can tell he’s very hard working and he has fantastic customer service which feels like a dying etiquette these days, again car came out really clean, vaccines work pretty decent and cloths are provided clean and don’t smell like moldy mildew haha I will be back !”
“Rye was so helpful right from the start! We were greeted, and he quickly got us set up with our wash. Unfortunately, we experienced some unexpected car trouble afterward, and Rye went above and beyond to help. He contacted his supervisor to make sure we could safely leave our car overnight until we were able to arrange for it to be towed the following day.
We really appreciated his kindness, and willingness to help during a stressful situation. We’ll definitely be returning to this location! Great customer service—thank you, Rye!”

“Great customer service!! I took my husband’s F-350 here to be a nice wife. Being an actual truck, there were some tools and what not in the bed. After being told that everything had to be out of the bed, I pulled over into one of the vacuum stalls to move it all. A VERY nice male employee came out and helped me move everything out and then even came back and helped me put everything back. Such amazing customer service. I’ll bring my vehicles here over and over again.”
“Right price and it's quick. Outside of here, I've found a car wash that will do the basic for $10. I feel that for the ~$9 that you spend here is generally higher quality product on your vehicle and the cleaners themselves are pretty heavy duty.
I wish this was a service at more Costcos.”

“Jesus L. the detail manager at this location did an amazing job with my car. I'm on the VIP membership and I explained my predicament to the detail crew. I told them a passenger had spilled a large cup of soda between the seats, and there was a pungent smoke odor of Marijuana. Some time later, and my car looks factory new. The odor? I bet that not even a drug-sniffing dog could find any trace of the smell! This location always does a great job, but they really went above and beyond for me. I'm very appreciative and I'll be coming back again very soon!”
