I opt for the monthly Elite membership program with ALL the bella & whistles and maximize my membership to the fullest, often having my car washed every other or EVERY day.”
“This is not a true touch less car wash. It uses the rotating foam brushes to wash your car, if that matters to you. They are usually in good shape and not raggedy like some other places. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Sometimes the plate scanner (for member entrance) can be slow, but there is always someone who can manually enter your plate. If you like a very soapy wash, don't get the basic (or 'good') wash. I think you have to get at least the Lucky Duck. The wash itself is quick and generally thorough for what it is. Unlimited memberships are really unlimited; I once went through twice back to back because my car was extremely dirty. Cancelling a membership has been easy in the past. The vacuums are free and they have compressed air for blowing out grilles and mirrors. Their microfibers are usually plentiful, although they are often very damp. Today, it seemed the towels were a bit oily- might be time to change them out.”

“Great customer service!! I took my husband’s F-350 here to be a nice wife. Being an actual truck, there were some tools and what not in the bed. After being told that everything had to be out of the bed, I pulled over into one of the vacuum stalls to move it all. A VERY nice male employee came out and helped me move everything out and then even came back and helped me put everything back. Such amazing customer service. I’ll bring my vehicles here over and over again.”
“CONVEYER BELT CAR WASH! Super useful if you have a lowered car and are too lazy to wash it yourself like me. Plus you can look over and laugh at how long the Dutch Bros. line is next door.”
“I had to make a return visit to rectify an issue from a previous visit. I felt that my service was subpar & called the location first but didn't reach anyone. After completing a survey, I received a call immediately from Chris. He alone made the difference. He apologized for the experience, explained the business practice & invited me to return. This type of customer service is worth it's weight in gold. Everyone I encountered was pleasant & helpful”

“Always a great wash and great customer service. Have had my membership for over a year and this specific location is by far the best quick quack, and wash in the area period. The self service vacuum area at this location has the strongest vacuums of any other local wash I’ve been to, and they do a good job at keeping the towels stocked and damp.”
