“I went looking for a special yard decoration I saw before Christmas. They had some last year, but were all gone, when I decided I wanted one. To was a heart with drift wood and glass. When I got there I didn’t see any. The lady there, thought they were all gone. But luckily she spied one, out in the plant area. I was so happy! I didn’t get the ladies name, but she was so very helpful. I made a few other purchases. I was so glad, to finally get what I wanted. Thanks for a very helpful employee!”

“I have been coming here for year. Guys at the counter are always helpful. Usually always have the parts I need. I brought my trimmer down with a broken throttle cable. They were able to take care of it under warranty. I appreciated that. Whomever did the work on the trimmer you can tell takes pride is his or her work. Runs perfect and it looks amazing. “I don't know what has happened but my last visit to this Home Depot was so positive . Every staff I even just walked by asked if they could help me and I did and they were very helpful . Especially a gentleman in the lighting department just a nice helpful human . The store is always full of products and specials with a ever changing garden section...just a great visit”
“Went in about 930am. Looking tp purchase a garbage disposal. Barely in the store and an employee offer to show me where they could be found. He waited to see if I had questions then left me to make up my mind. Very helpful and I was in and out in no time.”
“I wanted to highlight and give a shout-out to Tim. I found him in the plumbing aisle. He walked up and asked if I needed help, and I explained my situation to him. He took the time to basically rebuild my plumbing situation on the floor and showed me exactly how and what I needed to do to repair my current problem, complete with what products and how to use them. That was a few weeks ago but I felt this kind of customer service needs recognized.”
