They were able to take care of it under warranty. I appreciated that. Whomever did the work on the trimmer you can tell takes pride is his or her work. Runs perfect and it looks amazing. He took the time to basically rebuild my plumbing situation on the floor and showed me exactly how and what I needed to do to repair my current problem, complete with what products and how to use them. That was a few weeks ago but I felt this kind of customer service needs recognized.”
