“I was made to wait 1/1/2 and my car still sat in the parking lot. Arrived at 1:10 for a 1:00 appt., left at 2:30 without my car being seen. I don't know if this has happened to other customers or I was discriminated against for some reason but I consider it a disregard for a customer. In my opinion Brakes Plus sucks. This happened at the brakes plus on Dysart by Walmart. You need to respect your customers. I'd rather pay than wait in limbo.”
“I was referred here from an amazing jeep shop down the street called WULF offroading. I needed immediate attention on my jeeps fuel pump, as it was leaking and they couldn't get me in right away so they sent me to Joe at AAMCO. He was great, quick, straight to the point. I never felt once BSd and he got me in and finished my jeep same day. I would definitely recommend the service and would 100% go back to this shop. Plus me and my husband thought the charge was decent. AAMCO also had payment options that fit my budget. Great shop and customer service. Thanks Joe /aamco.”

“Just had this TyrolSport Deadset Subframe Kit as well as steal shift forks and a wavetrac LSD reinstalled in my GTI by Londan Auto Werks. Jason and his team are second to none, he kept me in the loop the full process with updates when new parts would show up. The car shifts like complete butter now and just puts the power down so much better with this Deadset Kit. If you’re looking for some upgrades or maintenance I recommend London Auto Werks they will get you sorted. The team at London Auto Werks has a life long customer.”

“I cannot say enough that All Valley Car Care is the absolute best repair shop in the valley. Let me tell you my story. This was my son’s car. His battery was bad. Him and I replaced the battery ourselves in the garage. He had a check engine light on and the car needed an oil change. We brought his car to All Valley. Mark checked us in and had the oil change and check engine code cleared. The issue with the check engine light was for the battery. As son was driving away the check engine light came back on. We went back and Mark kept the car. The next day they found out my son and I accidentally left a wire off when replacing the battery. The follow-up issue was our fault. Mark gave us a call and told us what was wrong. He told us that there is no additional charge. They fixed our mistake at no cost to us. Who does that these days? The are the most reputable and honest auto mechanics I know in the valley. I have used them for the last 10 years we have lived in Surprise. Do to question, just take your vehicle to them.”

“Had a question about a 4l60e rebuild that im doing. Went in and spoke with owner and their transmission rebuild tech. They spent at least 10 minutes answering my questions and giving possible solutions. They were more than nice and helpful. I usually do all my own mechanic work but you guys are on top of my referral list. Thx for your assistance. I did order a new tpc solenoid and found my 3-2 control valve spring was broken.”

“I brought my 2020 BMW 440I hard top convertible to desert star auto today (8/4/25) for its 20,000 mile checkup. The BMW app notified me that should do so. I bought this car 8 months ago and have no record of previous maintenance. Therefore, when I had replaced the original battery, I also had an oil change. When I brought the car into Desert Star Auto today, I explained all this to Joe. I asked him to do what was ever necessary for the 20,000 mile maintenance checkup. He totally went over my car and even gave it a test drive, checked the filters, etc., and told me my car was in perfect shape and did not charge me anything. He reset all codes, checked out everything on the car including the filters, telling me that they were in great shape and didn't need to be replaced at this time. And I repeat, he didn't charge me anything! I will not have my car repaired anywhere else. Plus he's the nicest friendliest guy you could ever meet.. Ed Tannheimer”

“These guys were awesome! Got me in last minute after my radiator gave out and fixed the whole thing in less than 48 hours. Full radiator replacement and coolant flush was a little over $900 , which was better than I was expecting for parts and labor! “Let me start out by saying that the transmission in my 2014 Jeep is unfortunately one of the worst CVT transmissions on the planet and very hard to find for a fair price or otherwise. On The Go Transmissions was not only able to FIND the CVT but was able to install it with extreme professionalism and in a timely manner. Now my 2014 Jeep drives better than when I bought it. They told me to take it back in 500 miles to double check functions and leaks. All is perfect. Thank you so much for a great job!”
