“Traveling out of the country I ask them to do a safety inspection for my trip and wheel alignment, to look everything g over. Yet, I get stranded just before the border to Canada. I noticed I was having trouble starting it after the first day. I didn’t think anything of it because I had them perform a safety, check and road test, it included load testing the battery. They knew I was going across country. See invoice.See picture for what we found under the hood. It explains everything.Luckily, for me, I am still in the United States to call AAA, who doesn’t replace batteries in this remote town, only jumps starts. “I do all of my own automotive repairs but brought my classic car in that I recently acquired for an alignment due to the specialized equipment typically required to do alignment. I agreed to their fair cost of alignment but I was upset at the cost of an added part and associated labor when they found a stripped adjustment bolt. Honestly just Sticker Shock for the labor and on the part price markup, as I said before I typically do all my own work and source my own parts. I decided to just bring the car home and do my own “at-home”alignment. I got a call from the shop while on my way to pick it up and they found a solution that worked without any additional expenses. They performed the alignment and the car drives fantastic! I’d like to commend them for taking care of their customer and will recommend them to friends and those who don’t turn their own wrenches!
