“I was at this location yesterday (03/26/2025), and I had the BEST customer service that any client would ever want by far. This young man named YAJAIRO Not only did he give me the best customer service, but also a pretty good deal on my phones. I went in worry that I was going to spend hundreds of dollars to start a new service plan for me and my family, and I walked out not only with a fraction of what i thought I was going to spend, but with a smile on my face. I definitely will recommend this store to my family and friends. It's an easy 5 stars for me.”

“So I went in to buy a phone today, Mary made it an easy transaction and explained everything's that would take place in detail. But the reason I give 4 stars is mainly for Miguel and the acting manager at the time. A customer they were trying to help cursed them out with every word. That customer was slamming stuff on the counter and both tmobile reps kept their professionalism as he had his toddler tantrum due to the price of a phone. As an employed person myself, I would expect never to have to deal with some one constantly speaking to me like that. I had to hold my tongue. I wanted to tell the reps "DO NOT HELP HIM! HOW ARE U ASKING FOR HELP BY CURSING AND YELLING?" I don't like that the manager requires their employees to endure this type of behavior. As soon as that customer called them out their names, he should've been asked to leave. That protocol should really be a topic in your next meeting.”

“Our old dishwasher started leaking out lots of water & displaying an error code Sunday night. Monday AM we started shopping. Spencers gave us the best price on our new Bosch 800. We had Bosch previously and love the quality & reliability. Delivery was arranged for the very next day! The delivery/install man was very polite & efficient. We are very happy & will use Spencers again!”

“My son who receives Social Security once a month went to pay his Cricket phone bill today and accidentally left his white envelope from the bank with his money on their counter. My son was frantic not knowing if someone found it and would keep it. I called the cricket store and spoke with Julia and she said she found it and kept it under the counter. I am so grateful for her honesty. I commend her for doing the right thing and also the Cricket store for hiring honest staff. My son caught the bus back and picked up all of his money. God is good. Thank you Julia. We are very grateful.”
“Not sure about the cell phone repair but they sell games . They have an okay selection but some of they're prices are a little out of hand If yah asking me . Some titles they're asking 30-45 over market value ... probably wont be making any trips back here for games . Maybe worth a first time check out though ? You might find something you like .?”
