“My wife and I had an awesome experience with changing out our phones to the new iPhone 17 Pro Max. Our in store experience was phenomenal! Our customer service representative was T. Dixon. He was very professional, polite, courteous, went above and beyond, and overall a great person to talk to. It was like talking to a good friend you haven’t seen in years. He went over plans that we were eligible and with his advice we chose the 4 for 100 plan which worked out great for us!
If you’re looking for a new perspective on how Customer Service should be, go see him at Lake Pleasant and West Happy Valley store in North Peoria. He will setup a plan that you and/or family can use. I will tell everybody I meet to go see him.

Vee (Metro rep) was busy with an older couple, acknowledged me and let me know it’ll be a moment.
Super professional and kind.
Vee was able to multitask between myself and greeting new customers whilst being attentive to the older couple.
There were 4 of us individually needing to be tended to and Vee was fast, attentive, and handled each and everyone of us with poise, professionalism and the upmost attention.
He is also bilingual and handled a spanish speaking customer with the most grace and no issues.
I want everyone to know, this man was phenomenal in every interaction that I saw him have, including mine.”
“The store is clean, the inventory usually matches with the application. When checking out make sure you scan the bar codes in app for any price difference. Ask the cashier for price adjustment if the app price is lower.”

“Target makes returns so easy with their drive up returns. You can actually pick up your order and return items at the same time. Wow! What great customer service! It makes buying clothes easier.”
“This target is located in the arrowhead area. It's super busy no matter what day or time you go but plenty of parking. I always have found what I needed at this location and I feel as though because it's busier they are stocked fur the foot traffic. The store is clean and employees friendly. I'll continue to shop here when in the area!”
