“Single source butcher shop with really good meat. Customer service was lacking, asked the kid that first served me if these were Choice or Prime cuts. His response was "I have no idea,I just work here", not what you would expect from a butcher shop. He went and got someone else who told me that it's neither since they buy from a ranch...I thought that the USDA inspects and grades all meat ??Either way, bought a single NY Strip to try it out. Great looking piece of meat and it was exceptionally good! Will be back, would be 5 stars were it not for the uneducated staff.”

“This place has quickly become a staple in our house whenever we want fresh meat for dinner. Highly recommended the: Boneless Ribeye, Pollo Asada, Waygu Burger, Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage…although I don’t think you can go wrong with anything here.”
“We picked up 5 pounds of some semi thin steak for some asada tacos we were making at home. They looked great with a little bit of marbling which is how we wanted them. They grilled up nicely after we marinated them ourselves. We didn't try any of the premade meats but they definitely passed the eye test. Small establishment and its very attentive employees. It wasn't busy when we arrived around 3:30. Typical carnicería. Didn't try the pan. I do recommend for asada and other meats. Give them a shot!”

“Always a pleasure. The staff is very kind. I drive an hr just to get my meat from here. Great service decent prices. I've been coming here for 4yrs. There is no other butcher like this one. I use to live in the area ,but moved and it's definitely worth the drive. Fresh and quality meat.”

“I got a big ham and a big turkey for the Christmas holiday It was awesome their food never disappoints after many years of buying it You always know what you're going to get excellent food out of reasonable ”
“It's good. It's not finger licking good but it's close to my house and I needed to throw a barbecue fast. The chorizo was just okay but the marinated chicken was pretty tasty. I spent $200 on 10lbs of ranchera, 5lbs of chicken, 2lbs of chorizo. We also got already made rice, guacamole, pico de gallo, salsa and some chicharrón lonja. Three sodas, some limes, tortillas and avocado. They don't carry ice either so keep that in mind. Overall, the meat was okay. Will I go back? Yeah. Will I recommend? Probably not. I've found places that has their meat much fresher.”
“At this Market, you can find a diverse selection of imported food. My favorite international products are in the European isle (see image): Vegeta seasoning, Romanian Zacusca spread, Salata De Vinete spread, and Pufuleti corn puff snacks. Other delicious good finds are: Taramosalata caviar spread, the bakery's bread, Aahu Barah rice, and a large variety of Kefir (the probiotic milk drink) flavors to choose from.”
“Seems cool! Very quaint local goods shop.Their location has moved due to construction on a new housing development. I used to drive by and watch the sheep and animals. I went into their store the other day to ask why they moved. It's a family business and I was greeted by a lot of the fam. I don't drink milk anymore but I've always been interested in sheep products.I also wanted to know if they were thinking about ever having a petting zoo or animal encounters/education. (That would be so cool) They said it's in the works! Can't wait.”

“Great place most of the time, Have been there roughly 10 times, twice I have received tenderloin that was very poor quality. Normally, it is amazing, but when it's sub average and you have paid a premium, let's just say I remember, and it will be hard to forget. My 1st bad experience was buying there dry aged new York, I was encouraged to let them know what I thought about this new product for them, when I returned for another purchase, I felt lucky as the person who suggested I share my experience was helping me. My non positive opinion was very unwelcomed, So instead of doing the in person thing, this time I write here, 4 stars for 8 out of 10 positive experiences, Pondering now if 80% is good enough.”

“Personable employees. Drove from the Uptown Phoenix area. Honey Bake located at Paradise Valley refused to take my Easter ham phone order or let me speak with manager Frank. Called twice, both times refused to take my order or let me speak with the manager. The sad part, I called their Corporate office, three times, left three separate voices messages as to reason for my call and requested callback. NO CALLBACK RECEIVED TWO WEEKS LATER. The manager at this Tolleson location, Danielle, was very accommodating and more than willing to take my phone order. As a retired senior I should not be having to deal with this. I worked for one company for 43 years. My ham was $105.00. Will be looking at other options for holidays to come.”
“The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because it literally took me months to probably a year to start shopping here again. It's closer to my home, it's convenient and don't have any complaints so far. I should of spoken out when one of the cooks disrespected me. I had ordered 7 tacos de carne asada and this man got mad at me. He said next time I should have called the place ahead of time before ordering so much food. I was shocked because I had bought many times before and never encountered an issue. Plus 7 tacos was not a lot. Come on!. He embarrassed me and I cannot believe I didn't say anything. Unfortunately, he still works there I don't know his name. Siempre tiene la cara de amargado, always in a bad mood. Next time I will not let it slide. The other people there are nice. I prefer Sahuayo Carnicería though. I think it's own by the same people as this place.”

“The place has been taken over about 4 months or so now and I have been here a few times since.. a small but excellent place for the meats I really like. They prepare and cook the carne asada perfectly to my liking. Excellent service!”

My one complaint is that they are not consistent at all with the beans that go with the order. Some days they're wonderful, others not so much. A little more consistency would be good then they would get a 5-star rating from me.”

“I come here for their kitchen. The food is always fresh. Too much good tuff to name. Quesadilla is great, you can add meat to it. Tacos, red, green chile, chicharrones, just so much to try.”
“I haven't tried the rest of the food, but the food (Fried Gortia) was real good. I might come by the 2nd time to try out their carnitas and other meat items to give my final review. But I did want to note that the reviews is consistent to the services. One of the ladies in the meat counter may have some personal bias towards English speaking anyone. I didn't took notice of it but it did felt like negative vibe coming from her. At first I wanted to order in English and gotten only a "QUE?!" response from her. Then I was using my 2nd language to get my food. No other audible tone came out of her mouth. So I can totally sense her not responding to English.I will confirm this next time I go back and if it's the same vibe, would be my last and just go back to Ranch Market.”

I'm so incredibly thankful the bakery has a person on staff now who takes orders for cupcakes! These cupcakes were not only ready on time, but tasted AMAZING!
