“Wonderful local butcher shop with excellent quality meats! Their 90/10 Angus ground beef is fantastic and well worth the price. Also tried their hot Italian sausage, it is sensational as well. The pork breakfast sausage wasn't my favorite, but I prefer it spicy, so that's totally on me. Be prepared for a short wait (just a few minutes) as they are extremely busy. That said they have plenty of staff and it will be well worth your wait! Place is super clean and offers a lot of amazing products. You won't want to buy meat from your grocer again...I know I don't.”

I remember this spot as Rocket Fizz—That little candy/soda shop was a huge part of my childhood. ~> But UGH, I am SO glad it’s a Troub’s now!!
I don’t have a picture of the raw steak/beef cuts, but after a session with our charcoal grill, we’d sliced up a Ribeye & a NY Strip to 3 portions for my husband, my Nana, & myself. Everyone’s plate got some Ribeye filet & cap, and a big chunk of Strip. That Ribeye turned out so tender, it tried to fall apart after the cook—the fat was just THAT soft. **Troub’s brings the necessary solid foundation for the best steaks possible. The outcome speaks for itself - NANA CLEARED HER PLATE, SIDES AND ALL! She absolutely loved these steaks, and wants us to head back soon!! Compared to our usual butcher shops (where she’d end up saving 1/4–1/2 the steak for breakfast), I’d say Troub’s knows what they’re doing. 3 for 3, we loved these cuts. “This is the best butcher! There are other good ones also, but this one is larger store with a larger selection of meats. The meats are noticeably better quality than the stores so I advise you shop here.”
